"- Clean, spacious and well-ventilated room - Hot water on all faucets (shower, toilet sink and kitchen sink) - Steady WiFi connection - Quiet environment - Polite and helpful staff - Very good price (usually discounted with long stays) - Fridge and microwave oven present - Sense of privacy (Your room and belongings stay intact even when you submit your key at the Receptionist's) - A stand-by generator for sudden power outages"
- No breakfast ...only available upon request; then, you're charged for it - Exorbitant prices for food prepared by chef - Food, horrible...very bland (Not advisable to order food from chef unless you're at the point of death and need anything edible to survive and are okay with paying dearly for it. Chef is nice, though; but, food is usually bland and pricey) - Rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis when there's a guest unless you request that they do so
