"2 bedroom apt on the 15th floor with all the commodities needed. It's a safe apt in a building with security guard on the first level. Need key card to enter the building and the floors. Great WiFi. A large supermarket nearby as well with an ATM. A balcony with nice view. Available host at all times with easy communication if we had any questions"

Apt was great but getting to the center of Yerevan took approx 20-25 min depending on the traffic and if there actually was one taxi available at the time of departure. We used the eco taxi app. That was the biggest hastle for us and that most taxi drivers did not have any basic English skills so it was hard to communicate. Mostly using Google translation. Just wish that the apt was closer to the center. The other thing which could be a hastle is that there is no water in the building from midnight until 06 in the morning. The bedroom which is nearest to the balcony does not have any curtain/ shade on one side, so that the sun is shining right through in the morning. Great if you are a morning person. Wish there were table and chairs in the balcony, so that we could enjoy having meal outside

"The host is adorable and caring. The included breakfast was tasty and the size was considerable. The bed is comfortable, specially if you like hard beds. The shower had really good pressure and temperature."

Even it our room was non-smoking, sometimes it smelled like cigarettes because of the window to the hallway.

"The rooms were clean and comfortable, professional staff, good location. There is also an e-car charging station in the parking lot, you can charge your electric car and don't care about Good restaurant delicious food, you can taste the most wonderful honey cake in your life😀. Big swimming pool with jacuzzi and sauna. Playing garden for children. Absolutely will book again."
