"Dotarea locatiei cu tot ce e necesar plus o zona de bucătărie utilata, curățenia. Proprietarul foarte amabil, s-a oferit sa ne transfere la aeroport la ora 03.30 dimineața!!!"
"N-am reușit sa avem apa calda. Fiind conectata la boiler, probabil ar fi trebuit sa mai aștept. Localizarea hotelului mai greu de găsit, chiar si de catre taxi. Prin telefon, am reusit- e simplu, dar nu e explicat suficient de bine."

"Very reliable shuttle service; room clean and fit for purpose, all necessities provided. This even included crockery and cutlery. Entrance to the room directly from the courtyard (which may be an advantage or disadvantage depending on your preferences)."
"The location shown on the map is incorrect; the name "Terminal 1" is misleading. The hotel is five minutes by car from the airport. The owner managed the shuttle service very well and met us for check-in when we came in by taxi from central Yerevan. He brought my girlfriend and me to different flights (evening/morning) very reliably. However, this still does not excuse the unfair advantage over competing properties by indicating an incorrect location. To match this intention, the address is stated very vaguely, which forced us to double-check with him when taking a taxi to the airport. Charged me 50 euros when the price should have been 47 euros according to the booking. That's not a conversion issue; he also indicated a higher price in Armenian drams (20.5K rather than about 19K as indicated, and that price was meant to already include additional taxes/fees). I didn't argue with that as the difference was too large, but it did not make a good impression. Five stars is a bit rich. It's nowhere near five stars, of course. It's a good, clean, functional 3+ stars."

"Very nice place to stay. Not a very obvious location, but it is quiet and neat, Nikolai is a very nice and welcoming host. Good hotel level room. Transfer service is excellent. The bed and pillows are just incredibly comfy. Highly recommended."

"Very close to the airport, and the friendly owner picked me up and dropped me off very punctually. The room had everything I needed. There was dinner offered but I wasn't hungry at this hour. It sounded very good though."

"Near to the airport, a real advantage is that free transport from and to the airport is provided! Clean, nice, beautiful. Hosts are very arranging and kind. You have all you need. For 10 euros more you may have a really nice portion of a tasty traditional breakfast-dinner: Lyulya kebab (grilled minced meat skewer) with some grilled potatoes, fresh salad and a drink. You have bottled water, coffee and tea in the room."

"Very smooth arrival. Key was ready instantly the time of arrival. He was very helpful and tried to be available in case we need his help all the time. Very quite neighborhood. It's ike a local places and as a same time so many grocery shops around within 5 mins walk. It's a cozy place to stay for 2. Just connect the beds together and it won't be a problem. He even waited for us to make sure we are getting our taxi once we were leaving. Very caring person. I would definitely go back again if I would ever come back to Armenia."
