"Everything! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and go out their way to never say no! Management was very accommodating and visible. The room looked much better than the pictures and was very clean. All the amenities necessary was provided in the room with a bonus plate of chocolates. The bed was comfortable! Overall, the Anne guest house was outstanding! There is honestly not enough space for me to write all the compliments I have for this guest house."

The tv in the room is small and the tv options are limited in the room but it is not something that makes me not want to come back. I will definitely return.

Large store Centrum 5 min. by car. The staff was great, helpful, courteous. The apartment has everything you need, spacious, photos correspond to reality. excellent value for money. "Cameramare, curata și confortabila. Amplasarea hotelului aproape de stațiile de autobuz, pentru ambele sensuri, am ajuns repede la ferry pentru Gozo. Piscina interioara curata cu sezlonguri. Apa putea fi un pic mai calda, dar a fost bine. Copii se distrau de minune. Noi am stat maim ult in coltul cu bulbuci. Piscina exterioara foarte frumoasa, pe acoperis, avea apa, dar era decembrie... Curatenia se face la doua zile, atunci când se schimba și prosoapele, iar lenjeria se schimba la 4 zile. Totul a fost foarte bine. Au restaurant pentru mic dejun si cina, cu auto servire. Plaja este aproape, ne-am plimbat pe ea. Internetul a functionat foarte bine. Chicineta dotata cu tot ce trebuie. Televizorul prindea numai un singur post, dar am vorbit la receptive si a venit imediat cineva sa rezolve problema. La plecare am lasat bagajele la receptive, intr-o camera special amenajata si ne-am dus pe jos la Satul lui Popey. Ne-a placut, mai revenim."

Poate un cuptor cu microunde in locul celui clasi, cu rezistente s-ar potrivi mai bine.

Kitchen is tired. Bathroom was cramped with very little leg room between the toilet and edge of the bath - not easynif you have guests who have mobility issues. Large in-oom mobile floor.air condition unit however did not adequately service the bedrooms which were stuffy and overheated.

There was no hot water in the studio apartment..at least they should have installed a hot water heater in the shower would be better. the WiFi keeps going on and off.The TV had only 4 to 5 channels.Well, it's Solomon Islands. Everything there is yet to be upgraded.

"Once inside the apartment, it is a different story: the apartment is spacious, well-designed, and clean. Also, the view of the surrounding area is magnificent - it does welcome one to Addis Ababa. The apartment caretaker, Selechi, is very resourceful and helpful in providing any needed information; he will go a distance to help guests order food and drinks. Kudos Selechi; keep up the good work."

The train rail track in front of the apartment hotel makes it difficult for taxi drivers to pick up or drop off a guest. The rail track extends to about 2 miles past the hotel; the Chinese contractors need to revisit that project.

"It is a self-contained island of greenery (nice big garden) and quiet, with lots of things for a 5-person family to do and a lovely atmosphere. The team running the Villa were super friendly and supportive - our daughter needs to eat gluten free food and they helped us by ensuring fresh gluten free bread every day in the morning for her and once even baked a special cake. Our energetic two year old could run in the garden, play with the toys from the toy collection and enjoy the sandbox, which kept him busy and us as relaxed as possible... The fully equipped kitchen gave us the freedom to cook as we needed to. And the option to use the bicycles with a baby seat was just great. Would gladly go back for another stay."

Plita din bucatarie cam veche, prea multe dulapuri inutile, m-a deranjat faptul ca nu era sare, zahar, ulei...daca as fi vrut sa imi fac o salata as fi fost obligata sa cumpar sare si ulei pe care ar fi trebuit fie sa le las, fie sa le iau, ceea ce absurd

"El hotel en general es muy bonito, y la piscina está muy Bien: Mis chamos no querían salir de la piscina, en especial por el pequeño "Parque" acuático que tienen en las instalaciones de la piscina. Las piscinas las mantienen muy Bien limpias, incluso fuimos testigos de la limpieza exhaustiva que realizaron a la piscina de niños. El personal de mantenimiento le damos un buen "pulgar arriba". Se nos daño la cerradura y la cambiaron Al mismo momento en el que lo reportamos, a pesar de que tenían "various casos de emergencia" que necesitaban atender. Muy bien por El líder de mantenimiento."

El desayuno fue un desastre. Cuando llegamos nos asignaron una muchacha para hacerle seguimiento a nuestra "experiencia" en El hotel y nos dijo: "El desayuno es a la Carta, así que no hay que preocuparse". La verdad es que solo habían 3 tipos de desayuno y eran sumamente estrictos (no se podía cambiar pan por arepa por ejemplo). La Carta decía "huevos Al gusto", sin embargo no había huevos hervidos. A la final nos lo prepararon (porque Les explicamos que eran para Los niños) no sin antes mostrar una cara de desacuerdo y "volteada de ojos" no muy agradable. Por otro lado, El hotel estaba casi full (hecho corroborado por Los mismos administradores / trabajadores del hotel), y la disponibilidad de mesas era escasa, en incluso se hacían colas, especialmente, cerca de la hora de cierre del restaurant (10a.m.). Como especialistas en Gerencia e Ingeniería de costos, entendemos claramente que el objetivo de servir "desayunos a la Carta", es tratar de bajar costos (no toman en consideración que bajar costos en la situación de ocupación en la que se encontraban significa incrementar estrés a su personal y al turista), sin embargo eso se puede hacer con El hotel a poca ocupación (quizas igual o menor Al 30-40%) no con el hotel a 80% de ocupación. La mejor manera de manejar la comida con dicha ocupación, es preparar desayunos tipo Buffett. Se lo hicimos saber a la Gerente encargada del restaurant, sin embargo la misma no recibió la sugerencia de buenas maneras.
