the sheets were stained and wasnt clean enough. mattresses were slipping off the bed frame. Little chilly and the heater wasnt working well.

There were laundry services available and breakfast was spectacular! The location was great - just a short walk from the supermarket and the main square. The staff was lovely!"

We stayed during the heatwave which I suppose is pretty rare. There’s no air conditioning but it was naturally quite cool in the apartment!

"Apartament spatios pentru 2 persoane, pozitionat excelent, vis a vis de statia de metrou si la max. 30 min de mers pe jos de centru. Toate facilitățile, de la fier de calcat pana la bucatarie."

Singurul aspect negativ, micul dejun se servea la restaurantul de alaturi care nu era proprietatea hotelului. Restaurantul avea specific indonezian, iar micul dejun nu era a diversificat.

"The accommodations are wonderful. The view from the back balcony is breathtaking as it overlooks the ocean. It is very comfortable, clean, spacious and inviting. Renalda greeted us when we arrived and was a great contact in the Dominica."

It is about a 30-45 minute walk into the town of Roseau. It is a short walk uphill to accommodations if you do not have vehicle.

"Very comfortable sleeping room, big kitchen and dining room area. Everything you need regarding cleaning, washing and household. Within 15 minutes of walking you can get directly to the city center and the harbour. The town park is within a 5 minute walk. Marna is a very friendly and humorous person as well. So everything was awesome!"

"Once inside the apartment, it is a different story: the apartment is spacious, well-designed, and clean. Also, the view of the surrounding area is magnificent - it does welcome one to Addis Ababa. The apartment caretaker, Selechi, is very resourceful and helpful in providing any needed information; he will go a distance to help guests order food and drinks. Kudos Selechi; keep up the good work."

The train rail track in front of the apartment hotel makes it difficult for taxi drivers to pick up or drop off a guest. The rail track extends to about 2 miles past the hotel; the Chinese contractors need to revisit that project.

Key card for lift was problematic. Lounge was a litle sparsely furnished.

"Proprietate situată in cadrul unei comunități private, într-o zonă foarte liniștită. Totul este foarte bine întreținut iar oamenii din comunitate și personalul foarte prietenoși și zâmbitori . Vila în care am stat are o poziție excelentă, vis a vis de recepție și piscină , foarte aproape de piațeta cu câteva restaurante unde se poate servi masa și un supermarket. Vila este foarte spațioasă, curată și utilată cu cele necesare șederii. Dacă voi mai petrece vacanța în Puerto Rico , cu siguranță acesta va fi locul în care voi sta."

Ca sugestie- dacă se poate adăuga un uscător de păr și în cealaltă baie. Există doar o baie dotată cu această facilitate.

"In săptămâna 9-15 iunie 2025 restaurantul propriu nu a fost disponibil, dar acest aspect nu a constituit o problema pentru noi. Amplasarea proprietății si calitatea serviciilor (exceptând accesul la restaurantul propriu) au fost cel mai bun lucru posibil."

"Everything! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and go out their way to never say no! Management was very accommodating and visible. The room looked much better than the pictures and was very clean. All the amenities necessary was provided in the room with a bonus plate of chocolates. The bed was comfortable! Overall, the Anne guest house was outstanding! There is honestly not enough space for me to write all the compliments I have for this guest house."

The tv in the room is small and the tv options are limited in the room but it is not something that makes me not want to come back. I will definitely return.

There was no hot water in the studio apartment..at least they should have installed a hot water heater in the shower would be better. the WiFi keeps going on and off.The TV had only 4 to 5 channels.Well, it's Solomon Islands. Everything there is yet to be upgraded.

Two shower/toilet rooms shared between 4 rooms. Impeccably clean. Free wi-fi. 2x supermarkets and a fast-food place are within walking distance, closing around 22:00."

The location isn't really within walking distance of Nuuk centre, but buses and taxis are available. Not much to see and do in immediate area.
