فقط هناك شيء واحد لم يعجبني واتمنى ان يعملو على تحسينه.. المفروض يضعوا كارت على الباب الذي يحتوي على عبارة ( عدم الازعاج او الرجاء تنظيف غرفتي) لاننا نضطر كل يوم لابلاغ الارسيبشن ان يقوموا بتنظيف الغرفة واذا نسينا فأنهم لا يقوموا بتنظيفها الا بطلب من الزبون

Large store Centrum 5 min. by car. The staff was great, helpful, courteous. The apartment has everything you need, spacious, photos correspond to reality. excellent value for money. Sncere recommendations."

Limited places to put clothes. Couldn’t work the outside blinds to shut out the street lights. Limited on street parking

Some accesss to food - e.g., breakfast. Food on the island is extremenlty expensive from stores. Some neighbors were noisy.

"Proprietate situată in cadrul unei comunități private, într-o zonă foarte liniștită. Totul este foarte bine întreținut iar oamenii din comunitate și personalul foarte prietenoși și zâmbitori . Vila în care am stat are o poziție excelentă, vis a vis de recepție și piscină , foarte aproape de piațeta cu câteva restaurante unde se poate servi masa și un supermarket. Vila este foarte spațioasă, curată și utilată cu cele necesare șederii. Dacă voi mai petrece vacanța în Puerto Rico , cu siguranță acesta va fi locul în care voi sta."

Ca sugestie- dacă se poate adăuga un uscător de păr și în cealaltă baie. Există doar o baie dotată cu această facilitate.

the sheets were stained and wasnt clean enough. mattresses were slipping off the bed frame. Little chilly and the heater wasnt working well.

"Great location - central but quiet. Large bedrooms and full bathroom."

Kitchen is tired. Bathroom was cramped with very little leg room between the toilet and edge of the bath - not easynif you have guests who have mobility issues. Large in-oom mobile floor.air condition unit however did not adequately service the bedrooms which were stuffy and overheated.

The only downside in our opinion is no grocery stores in walking distance. You do need a car to move around.

Everything was good. We prefer harder beds and found this too soft for the back support

- The entry to the hotel is not clear. One has to walk through a long small street to reach a small door. No taxi can arrive there. You have to walk with your luggage about 250 mts for a small stone street. - No toilet paper - Not possible to pay with credit card, which, being so expensive, makes it that you have to bring a lot of cash with you, and in town there is only a place to change money, and for that reason, the exchange rate is very bad

All was fine, nothing bad comes to mind right away.

On arrival we were allocated room 101 which was away from main hotel, through a metal locked gate, across thick snow and down several steps to basement room, when we went in it was damp, draughty, extremely cold. We complained immediately, however it took a phone call to booking.com customer service to get our issue resolved. We are 2 elderly ladies and was disappointed with the service we received initially.
