"Amplasarea căsuței este bună! Este o curte mare frumos amenajată! Stăpânii sunt amabili și prietenoși, ne-au ajutat cu ce am avut nevoie în cameră era cald dar izolarea fonică între camere lasă de dorit! Am fost cu copiii ei au fost încântați de locație!"

"Nina is a charming and caring host who gave us great tips on things to do and places to eat. The property is wonderful, the rooms spacious, comfortable and cozy and the breakfast was delicious!! We should have stayed longer!!!"

Not a thing

"Breakfast was fine - just remember to inform the owner the day before if you require breakfast. Ingrid, the co-owner, is a lovely woman and a fine, traditional cook. You will never leave the table hungry! Whilst she can offer beer at an extra cost, we tended to buy our own along with wine to drink at dinner. Again, you will need to inform Ingrid on the day if you require dinner later. There is no choice; me and my wife are both omnivores with no allergies or intollerances, and always liked what she prepared! Our lodge was spacious with a generous deck overlooking the beautiful gardens, and the sea in the background."

A small fridge in our lodge would have been a great bonus - however, we were free to use Ingrid's fridge. The shower was also a little on the dribbly side!

"Raiatea sur mer e o locatie de poveste! Amplasat la malul apei, frumos amenajat, bungalow mare, spatios, baie curata, terasa cu vedere, loc de parcare, totul e ordonat si cu bun gust. N-am vrut sa mai plecam de acolo. Gazdele sunt niste oameni de care rar ti-e dat sa intalnesti! Atenti la fiecare detaliu, mereu glumesc si ne-am simtit ca proprii lor copii. Ne-au ajutat sa rezervam activitati si chiar ei ne-au ajutat sa ajungem pe un motu, cu propria barca. Ne-am simtit acasa si ne-am intoarce acolo doar de dragul lor si a locatiei. Am plecat de o zi, dar deja ne e dor de ei!"

"Lodge was great with comfortable room, excellent buffet dining room facility and small swimming pool to cool off in between excursions. The highlights are the 2-3 times daily excursions which really make the high cost absolutely worth it. Our guide, Alfredo, was amazing, bi-lingual, sensitive to the local environment and even played the guitar over dinner and breakfast!"

Only downside really is the fact that there is only 1 included boat time to the lodge and back from Iquitos. We had to pay $180 extra for a personal boat because LatAm airlines brought our flight forward - not the lodge's fault, but something to look out for.

The room was clean but had some dust. The housekeeping can improve on this.

"Haiko is a wonderful person who welcomed us upon arrival at the lodge and provided us with excellent directions to the island's beaches and restaurants/bars. The property is strategically located for reaching both the stunning northern beaches and Arikok National Park. We appreciated the lush vegetation surrounding the lodges and the chirping birds that accompanied us during breakfast. Each lodge respects privacy and is equipped with all the amenities, making it a delightful stay."

"Amabilitatea și disponibilitate gazdei noastre Novi și celor 2 băieți Simbad și Santos care ne.au făcut sa ne simțim ca acasă și care ne.au creat amintiri de neuitat. "O locație de vis! Totul a fost minunat, camerele frumoase, fiecare având balcon! Proprietarul de nota 10, sociabil și prietenos, ne ajuta cu tot ce aveam nevoie. Zona liniștită cu un view superb! Recomand aceasta cazare❤️❤️❤️"

1. There was no Iron in the room (it is written in the room facilities) 2. Noisy neighbours (they celebrated birthday and used equipment for loud music and jumped in the pool)

"Great and unusual stay! Because is non tourist season, most of places near were closed, but owner kindly suggested to us where we can enjoy food - place Ataman, with kind woman i house athmosfer. Super clean place, amazing view, birds, and parking - everything for the trip on wild nature. They also have very cute cat if you love animals 😊 Forest near, lake, we really enjoyed walking around."

"We spent the first night of our round trip through the north-west of Argentina here. It was a great start. Claudia gave us a very warm welcome. She speaks good English. The cabana was lovingly furnished and we felt at home. We cooked dinner in the evening and had breakfast on the small terrace next to the entrance in the morning. The gardens are well worth a visit! Thank you Claudia :)"

Room was a little bit smelly but it wasn’t a huge issue for us

The carpets might need changing, they didn't smell good. An elevator would make it easy to access the upstairs rooms for older and disabled guests.

"Incredibly stay! The photos don’t show how beautiful the grounds are. Super recommend the tents and wandering down to the beach clubs in the area for beers and a swim. All of the staff were amazing at helping us organise everything and the food was delicious - special shout out to Brigitte for making our stay extra special, even letting us come into the kitchen so we could learn how to make African tea - we miss you Brigitte!!!"

"The room was beautiful opening up to a sea view. Could go kayaking from just outside the room. The lodge had kayaks and life jackets available to guests. Could also go fishing or swimming - just idyllic! The staff were also really helpful. I would most definitely stay here again."

"The area was quiet, house comfortable and staff friendly. I needed to check out before breakfast so they gave me a lunch box with delicious food. It was a nice stay."

"This is a beautiful and well run place to stay. I was made welcome as soon as I arrived. Room was very nice and such good value for money. Peaceful place even with it being next to the lake where there was much singing and dancing and fireworks for the water festival (Bon Om Touk). Green and lush surroundings. I ordered my chicken fried rice when I arrived for 4 hours later. 4 hours later I was eating chicken fried rice."

"Beautiful place. We stayed with family in three different rooms. Beautiful views, spacious and clean rooms. The ladies that clean the hotel were very nice. We got there early, left our things in a locker and went to flamenco beach and returned to access our rooms by a door code. The room was amazing with a small kitchen with kitchen utensils, towels and beach towels. The rooms had great air conditioner and there was a constant breeze outside that we could enjoy the balcony as well. I think the room Was even more spacious than the website pictures. ☺️"

"Comfortable stay in a Vintage house, outback-Australia style. Has all things in the kitchen to use if self catering.Hot shower .Central, close to a lovely beach and restaurants. But 2 km from main supermarket. Recommended"
