"we were treated really well from the moment of pick up at the airport rivht up to our departure. our bedroom wa supgraded and was spacious, modern, clean and with ample amenities. the owner was on hand and readily avaulable. The brekfasts were excellent and best omelletes in the world!"

"Naprosto přátelský pristup. Schválení check in o několik hodin dříve. Okamžitá komunikace pomoci whatsapp. Neuvěřitelná ochota a pomoc nad rámec služeb. Např doporučení na zajímavá místa,řešení pujcovny aut,atd. Dostupnost tramvaje do centra 2min z hotelu.Vyborne snídaně, výhled na střeše hotelu. Chci poděkovat manažerovi za ochotu a pomoc."

"L’accueil d’Alex qui est venu me chercher gratuitement à l’aéroport, il a été au petit soins et m’a assisté dans la logistique des choses que je voulais voir à Addis Abeba et m’a organisé mon transfert dans mon hôtel suivant avec escale au parc Entoto. Il est vraiment très proche du bien être de ses clients et saura vous conseiller pour tout sur la visite de la ville . L’hôtel a l’air flambant neuf et très propre"

"The staff were uncooperative and did not honor the agreements made at the time of booking. Although we booked through Booking.com, the property did not process payment through the credit system we used. The booking included airport shuttle service; however, despite arranging this in advance, the staff refused to provide an airport drop-off at night. The staff were unapologetic and showed a lack of respect toward guests."
