Wifi cam slab la cazare,pat matrimonial cu doua saltele (cam ciudate),la receptie trebuie sa astepti si constati ca daca nu ai fi rezevat cazarea pe booking,primeai cazare pe loc mai ieftina.Destul de aglomerat.

Restaurant waiters are useless, slow, just talking to each other. . Even if you are a guest at hotel they want you to pay for the huts. Hotel guests should get at least a free hour daily. There is no real beach seating for hotel guests to relax.

No cappuccino option at brekky, just mediocre coffee. The "beach" is not worth the name - better stick with the pool.

Curățenia lasă de dorit, păianjeni imenși în toate colțurile prosoapele vechi care te zgârie efectiv. Proprietățile seamănă foarte mult între ele de acea mulți greșesc și încearcă deschidă ușa un sentiment nu prea plăcut care s-a petrecut de mai multe ori intr o noapte, pentru cei mai prietentiosi cu somnul nu recomand, noaptea este foarte multă gălăgie fiind un resort mare sunt mulți turiști care se întorc la cazare în anumite ore târzii ale nopții și fac foarte mult gălăgie.

Micul dejun a avut destul de putina diversitate, in special in ceea ce privește legumele si fructele proaspete. Baia si WC-ul necesita renovari profunde si urgente! Lipsesc total plasele de insecte (la geam baie si usa de la balcon)

Not the hotels fault directly but the rush to catch our flight due to the 3rd party flight company flying us to the airport made an addition stop on the way to the airport.

The meal quality for dinner was reasonable. The breakfast buffet was poor.

Bucatele la restaurant au fost relativ bune... Risotto cu ton a fost foarte sărat așa că a trebuit să-l întoarcem și sangria a fost "apușoară"... *Recomandare către bucătar - să nu săreze apa/bulionul pentru risotto pentru că săratul va fi conferit de parmigiano... **Recomandare baristei - sa studieze receta de sangria si să refuze sa o facă altfel P.s. vinărie fără vin fiert în meniu în perioada de iarnă e straniu... (dezamăgit în acest sens )

"Everything. It is in a fantastic location, is immaculately maintained, has a well equipped gym and indoor and outdoor pools and a great layout. The staff cannot do enough to make your stay exceptional."

Nothing, it was as close to being perfect as it is possible to be.

"Exceptional staff that turn this hotel into an unforgettable getaway. The whole place truly transports you somewhere else. The staff, coming from all over the Caribbean, were incredibly warm and friendly, making our stay feel genuinely special. The owner was fantastic—always present, talking with us, sharing stories, and really bringing them to life. It has been a delightful trip and a wonderful stay. We travelled with kids and it was the perfect set up. There are no real windows (only blinds and mosquito nets), so when the kids got loud, the neighbors could hear us. However room ventilation is really good, as there is a nice breeze at night. The location is also very convenient, well connected to both the north and the south. The food was surprisingly very good for a 4 night stay, breakfast was delicious. The pool and surroundings are wonderful. Would stay here every time I go back to Dominica."

We enjoyed the dinner especially the fresh barbecue and breakfast The resort is close to the turtle reserve and we went there for the evening walk. We swung by the Turtle reserve earlier in the day and booked in which was worth while as we got on the walk that left on time and therefore didn’t have to wait. Just to mention for people wanting to see turtles: we saw plenty of them swimming around off Bimmah beach later in our holiday"
