"Due to another group booking received a free upgrade to an entire private bungalow. Staff and service was professional and friendly throughout. Rooms were spacious, exceptionally clean (cleaning staff deserve a bonus!), and beds comfortable. Included riding tour was a pleasant surprise and really enjoyable, highly recommended. The whole setup as a non-profit for the benefit of the community is commendable. I strongly recommend staying here!"

"Lo que más me gustó de mi estancia en la cabaña fue la tranquilidad en el sector donde esta ubicada, por una parte esta cerca del centro de Punta de Tralca, pero a la vez esta emplazada en medio de un mini bosque de eucaliptos lleno de tranquilidad, además el lugar de las cabañas es precioso, lleno de jardines, áreas verdes y una hermosa fuente con nenúfares"

lo que podría mejorar es el hecho de que en la cabaña en la que me quedé había un gran ventanal el cual no tenía cortinas, por lo que la habitación se iluminaba mucho demasiado temprano, además de que la cama, aunque es de dos plazas, es más pequeña

"The hotel is great and in an amazing location which is right inside the airport. Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. They provided free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus."

The pool could do with a bit of cleaning.

"Am avut tot necesarul in bucătăria. Am fost in octombrie și am am avut căldură, curățenie, baie foarte mare. Patul perfect. A fost foarte bine, una dintre cele mai bune cazari găsite pe booking. Chiar mai bine decât în descriere și poze. La magazin din camping am găsit de toate, mijloacele de transport în comun au fost aproape."

Not the hotels fault directly but the rush to catch our flight due to the 3rd party flight company flying us to the airport made an addition stop on the way to the airport.

"Nice calm resort well eqiupped spa, large rooms, great food, drink as well.. What is on top level is staff, in particular super nice lady at reception, always ready to help, moving you immediatelly to relaxing mood on arrival. Hope landlord is well aware having such a treasure in the team."

Restaurant waiters are useless, slow, just talking to each other. . Even if you are a guest at hotel they want you to pay for the huts. Hotel guests should get at least a free hour daily. There is no real beach seating for hotel guests to relax.

Bucatele la restaurant au fost relativ bune... Risotto cu ton a fost foarte sărat așa că a trebuit să-l întoarcem și sangria a fost "apușoară"... *Recomandare către bucătar - să nu săreze apa/bulionul pentru risotto pentru că săratul va fi conferit de parmigiano... **Recomandare baristei - sa studieze receta de sangria si să refuze sa o facă altfel P.s. vinărie fără vin fiert în meniu în perioada de iarnă e straniu... (dezamăgit în acest sens )

"The hotel ambience was very cosy and welcoming. Staying in a room facing the mountains was breath-taking and created a sense of calmness. The breakfast was lovely giving us a delightful taste of Uzbekistani food. Easy access to Amirsoy mountains Charvac Reservoir, Chimgan and also eateries including grocery store in the surroundings of Chorvoq. Having your own transport will give the needed access for these quaint places and meeting the kindhearted locals."

"The food and the friendly service. The staff are really amazing and the management was very giving. When shortfalls, which weren't major, showed up, they more than made up for it. They are appreciated"

The cocktails. Mocktails were just juices mixed together. Cocktails were alcohol simply mixed with juices, which did not blend well. All you tasted was the alcohol. Ended up drinking Coca Cola and juice mostly. Cocktails are meant to be tasty and enjoyable. Those were nowhere close.

I needed to ask a couple of times in 1 day to clean my room. When I checked in and went for a swim, the guard asked me where my swimming pool wristband was. I had not received one, so I had to leave the pool to get it :(

室内の鍵がかからない所がある。バルコニーへの鍵も壊れてて開かない。外スリッパも準備されているのに。時期的なものもあるかも知れないけど、窓が虫ついてて汚れている。 近くにコンビニ等ないので、夕食はよく考えてから施設に向かいましょう。

"A fost curat, se facea zilnic curatenie, personalul e foarte amabil sa te ajute in orice si cu zambetul pe buze, micul dejun bun, locatie pe plaja, camerele au un balcon cu un view minunat la ocean.Felicitari personalului!"

Nu mi a placut plaja care era plina de pietre fara papuci de apa e greu sa intri, probabil pt cei ce fac snorkeling e un plus, pt noi nu a fost. Iar la cina, mi ar fi placut sa fie ceva mai diversificat. Check aut ul nu a fost posibil contra cost era 100 euro (au zis ca nu se poate,) dar ne a oferit o camera cu baie pt dus la 25 dolari pt a face check autul mai târziu, la ora 18. Si un alt minus, nu exista market doar la 2 km.

"Totul. Locația a fost foarte buna. Camerele liniștite, răcoroase ținând cont de căldură de 38 grade de afară. Recomand să vii cel puțin 10 zile. Sunt multe activități pe care le poți face. Malta e un oraș viu și foarte frumos."
