"The property is very welcoming, with professional and helpful staff. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which I really appreciated. The swimming pool was closed for two days, but the hotel kindly removed the related charges. At breakfast, I would suggest adding kiwi and avocado, which I personally missed. The beach, gym, leisure facilities, and overall atmosphere are beautiful and relaxing. The sea is simply stunning! 🌊"

"Mi a plăcut aerul de hotel colonial și personalul amabil sa ajute la orice problema..micul dejun a fost unul delicios și cel mai important diferit în fiecare zi.. Am fost preluați de la aeroport și ajutați sa inchiriem mașină ce ne a ajutat mult sa ne simțim confortabil. Recomand!"

Nu mi a plăcut în camera mirosul de vechi care cu siguranță ar aduce un plus dacă s ar rezolva problema având în vedere ca personalul este exemplar la curățenie iar lenjeria la fel curată!

Micul dejun a avut destul de putina diversitate, in special in ceea ce privește legumele si fructele proaspete. Baia si WC-ul necesita renovari profunde si urgente! Lipsesc total plasele de insecte (la geam baie si usa de la balcon)

Not the hotels fault directly but the rush to catch our flight due to the 3rd party flight company flying us to the airport made an addition stop on the way to the airport.

"Just generally one of those special places that will stick in my memory forever. A collection of pretty little cabins by the beach surrounded by palm trees with hammocks slung between them for whiling away the days. With only the sounds of birds and waves. Where everyone just hangs out and chats, the staff, the other guests, the extremely interesting and gregarious owner Gregory (no pun intended). I could spend a week here just forgetting about the outside world. The various arrangements (airport transfer, transfer back to town, activities) all went smoothly as well. Which is my no means guaranteed in this part of the world."

Not much but if I went again I'd maybe pay a little more for the room with ensuite shower rather than sharing a communal shower with non locking door. Obviously this is budget accommodation in West Africa so it's of the rustic eco lodge variety rather than the western style hotel room variety in case anyone is expecting that.

"A fost curat, se facea zilnic curatenie, personalul e foarte amabil sa te ajute in orice si cu zambetul pe buze, micul dejun bun, locatie pe plaja, camerele au un balcon cu un view minunat la ocean.Felicitari personalului!"

Nu mi a placut plaja care era plina de pietre fara papuci de apa e greu sa intri, probabil pt cei ce fac snorkeling e un plus, pt noi nu a fost. Iar la cina, mi ar fi placut sa fie ceva mai diversificat. Check aut ul nu a fost posibil contra cost era 100 euro (au zis ca nu se poate,) dar ne a oferit o camera cu baie pt dus la 25 dolari pt a face check autul mai târziu, la ora 18. Si un alt minus, nu exista market doar la 2 km.

No staff available to greet us and show us to our apartment. The internet was useless.

Everything was perfect

"Благодарим за избора на стая в Royal Castle, най- луксозния хотел. Гледката беше отлична. Тъмна и тиха стая. Просторна стая и голяма баня от мрамор. Храната беше на ниво.Персоналът наистина дават всичко от себе си за да се чувства всеки добре. Леглата и възглавниците са много удобни, като за блажен царствен сън от какъвто се нуждаехме за нашата почивка. Плажът беше достатъчен за всички. Водата беше спокойна и бистра. Съчетанието с дива гора 🐺 и море е невероятно за почивка."

И да е имало, не помня. :)

"年数は感じるもののオシャレな外観。 １室が中で２部屋に分かれており、更にそれぞれ２つずつベッドがありました。部屋同士もトイレや浴室のある通路をドアで挟んでおり行き来できます。それぞれの部屋も広い。エアコンもしっかり効くし、wi-fiやワイヤレス充電器もある。 朝食はゴルフ場のレストランで、サラダ、トースト、スクランブルエッグ＆ベーコン、スープ、ヨーグルト、飲み物をいただきました。美味しかったですが、ヨーグルトは大人向けの味です。甘くないので、子供達はトーストの苺ジャムを混ぜました。 スタッフはみんな丁寧な方ばかりでした。"

室内の鍵がかからない所がある。バルコニーへの鍵も壊れてて開かない。外スリッパも準備されているのに。時期的なものもあるかも知れないけど、窓が虫ついてて汚れている。 近くにコンビニ等ないので、夕食はよく考えてから施設に向かいましょう。

"Mr. Emad and his team is very polite and respectful & efficient also when I reached there the room was not ready at the check-in time but he arrange and ready the room with in half hour."

Due to Eid holiday the room was not ready & clean at check in time.

Getting to the resort was a bit of a trip, not a long trip, but a trip through the rough parts of the town, very different.

Wifi cam slab la cazare,pat matrimonial cu doua saltele (cam ciudate),la receptie trebuie sa astepti si constati ca daca nu ai fi rezevat cazarea pe booking,primeai cazare pe loc mai ieftina.Destul de aglomerat.

W pokoju dwuosobowym byla jedna butelka wody, jeden recznik , jedna koldra.Ale bylismy tylko jedna noc , dlatego nie bylo to az tak uciazliwe, podejrzewam pomylke przy zameldowaniu

"I truly loved it! It was the perfect getaway on the island. Feels secluded away from the high rise hotel area. The view is breathtaking. The staff is simply the loveliest group of people. Extremely helpful, kind and hospitable. The path at the front of the hotel is perfect for a sunset or sunrise run/walk. The blend with nature is truly top! I loved it"

"Stayed 5 nights in this absolute dream! 🤩 very well maintained, very high quality of rooms with attention to detail (freshly renovated beach bungalows), warm and welcoming atmosphere thanks to attentive staff who ensures a personal approach to their guests. The whole experience (from day trips to Tuherahera and snorkelling with manta rays) was all just over the top!"

The tropical gardens around the hotel were beautiful and larger than any hotel gardens I have seen elsewhere in Asia and very well maintained. In particular we would like to mention Mr Tony Tong the Hospitality Manager who was very helpful advising us on excursions and sorting out a serious travel problem (0ne railway ticket booked instead of two!)"
