"Location was amazing, the food you can have at the izakaya was amazing. They could speak english and one of the person working there translated the whole menu for us. They have a great system in place for the shared showers so don’t be worried about that. Hateruma is a gorgeous place to explore, highly recommend! Also booking system was super easy."

"I absolutely loved this place! The views from the rooms are simply breathtaking. The open-roof shower was a unique and unforgettable experience—it truly felt like showering under warm tropical rain. "We got our room on the ground floor with a nice garden view. There are chairs in front of the room that we can use to enjoy afternoon sun and the garden. Good breakfast, sufficient choices, fresh and tasty. About 10 minutes drive to the nearby beaches, supermarket"

"Rose and the rest of the staff - they couldn’t do more to help and to make our stay the best! The place is in lovely old-style buildings with beautifully furnished rooms in a peaceful location. We loved the short cycle on complementary bikes to West Bay for the sunsets."

Paulette went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and allowed us to have friends over that we hadn't seen in 15 years. We were made to feel very welcome."

"Everything was ok, the accommodation is very near to the airport, only about 15 minutes walk, so it´s great if you have long hours to wait for your next flight. Also, you can find many restaurants and cafeterias around and the neighborhood looked good and safe."

Parking is very tight. The water drainage (room 11) in the shower flows the wrong way so it can be tricky to avoid flooding the place. Since there is no water mixer, it takes time to get the water temperature correct. Turning the water off and back on because of poor drainage is not ideal for a 4 night stay in luxury accommodation.

On the weekends we had to walk from the B&B to the hotel. It isn’t far but it was raining very hard so we arrived soaked

"Simples e aconchegante, quarto tamanho médio, frigorífico em ótimas condições, jarra elétrica no quarto, há 6 chás 2 águas, a cama era confortável, macia, lençóis brancos, macio e pareciam bem limpos, toalhas brancas limpas e cheirosas, o quarto parecia limpo, TV em ótimo funcionamento, fácil acesso, fácil contato com administradores, 1km do centro mais ou menos. Casa de banho em bom estado, parecia limpo, com sabonete e tapete a água quente boa."

"We stayed 2 weeks at Finca Sagrada and we had a fantastic time. The owners and the stuff are all very lovely. The Bungalow was clean and had an amazing few on both Vulcanos. They fixed the street up to their place and it is easy acssesable now. Also they offer very nice homegrew/brew coffee. If u like animals, wide views and fresh mountain air we totally recommend their place. Thank you guys again for everything :)"

"For self catering facilities it is peefect, quiet and have laundry and ao forth included which is reàlly nice... the agent is very reasonable and always there to answer any questions or any concerns... I highly recommend 👌"

If bed mats to be place on both side of the bed and infront the dresser ... but others the property is well equipped.

"Maguy and her husband are excellent hosts. Very friendly, breakfast is a lovely surprise every day with local fruit and dishes, made with love. Peaceful, quiet place where you find your peace. With only 2 rooms you almost are alone in the property and the swimmingpool. As we had our flight in the evening we could enjoy the whole day of the facilities. Magnificent view, a little paradise on earth. The room is very spacious with ensuite bathroom. If we can mention one thing to improve: the shower needs a renovation. Further on make sure you have good products to keep the mosquitos away. But absolutely no reason to stay away from this quiet little gem!"

"The kindness of Elen and John was above and beyond what you could ever expect . Elen made us an excellent dinner . She also let us keep our room through the next day so that we had somewhere to return to to shower after a day out ( our flight home was in the evening) . These are good people."

The lighting outside the room, in the halls, was not dimmed during the night. The rooms have coloured glass windows/ doors so was difficult for sleeping during the night.

The homemade meal had a unique flavor I had never experienced before and made me feel healthy. The hosts were very kind and happily explained the village bus schedule and how to get to our destinations. They gave my sister and me an unforgettable memory. "Great breakfast and I like that it was a la carte. I can't say enough about it nor about the staff. Everyone was very courteous, professional, helpful, and accommodating. I also loved the location, only a few minutes from Palais Sans-Souci and Citadelle."
