"The hotel is great and in an amazing location which is right inside the airport. Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. They provided free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus."

The pool could do with a bit of cleaning.

The fact that, despite the heat, rooms were not supplied with drinking water & this had to be ordered from room service at $5 a small bottle. We had just arrived from staying at the Hamilton Princess hotel in Bermuda &, as is normal for luxury hotels of this standard, that had no problem in supplying drinking water to guests free of charge.

"The hotel was exceptional from arriving to leaving. The little touches make it extra special like free mini bar, little gifts in your room every evening, water hampers on the beach. The beach is amazing, all rooms have perfect views. Staff are very attentive. Breakfast has the best choices, one of the best I have had. Michelin star restaurant is fabulous would definitely recommend."

Rooms very expensive but definitely worth a visit

Le prix reste un peu cher pour le Myanmar dans le contexte politique actuel même si il se comprend. Le confort du lit, matelas, était mauvais. Les coupures d'électricité durant tout un après-midi sont aussi à prendre en compte. Enfin les matelas et les serviettes autour de la piscine semblent une option.

The room view is absolutely spectacular, making it hard to even leave the balcony, and the room itself is kept spotlessly clean and neat. What truly made the stay, though, was the lovely staff—they are so polite, welcoming, and genuine that you feel right at home. "Exceptional staff that turn this hotel into an unforgettable getaway. The whole place truly transports you somewhere else. The staff, coming from all over the Caribbean, were incredibly warm and friendly, making our stay feel genuinely special. The owner was fantastic—always present, talking with us, sharing stories, and really bringing them to life. It has been a delightful trip and a wonderful stay. We travelled with kids and it was the perfect set up. There are no real windows (only blinds and mosquito nets), so when the kids got loud, the neighbors could hear us. However room ventilation is really good, as there is a nice breeze at night. The location is also very convenient, well connected to both the north and the south. The food was surprisingly very good for a 4 night stay, breakfast was delicious. The pool and surroundings are wonderful. Would stay here every time I go back to Dominica."

The beach sand was a bit uncomfortable with lots of rocks and twigs.

I liked everything, the only recommendation is more variety of food for breakfast. 4 days in a raw all dishes for breakfast were the same.

"The first thing that stands out is the friendly staff - polite and nothing was too much trouble. Probably the best we’ve encountered. We were even given a very late check out of 4pm as our flight was a night time one. The location is beautiful: white sandy beaches and clear blue sea. The food was good and plentiful and the hotel and surroundings were clean and well kept. A very enjoyable stay!"

Too big. Very noisy at breakfast. Only Asian breakfast options. Expensive restaurants. Don’t go to Thai restaurant in hotel. Really bad taste and nothing to do with Thai style

Micul dejun a avut destul de putina diversitate, in special in ceea ce privește legumele si fructele proaspete. Baia si WC-ul necesita renovari profunde si urgente! Lipsesc total plasele de insecte (la geam baie si usa de la balcon)

"Loved this hotel! It's about a 25 minute golf cart ride from the centre of the island so it's a little way out but it's quiet and peaceful. Just dusty because the road is unpaved at the moment. The staff were incredible, everyone super friendly, professional and helpful. It was a windy few days for us so we couldn't get to use the beach much but another 20 minutes on is Secret Beach so we would go there instead. The pool here is great, plenty of loungers and space for everyone to relax. The rooms were clean, beds comfy and shower powerful!! Brilliant value for money and we even got a free upgrade. Would definitely stay here again but you definitely need to hire a golf cart to get around the island. Perfect for if you want to get out the real hum of the island but there are still plenty of food places nearby."

"Tongan Beach resort is very isolated and great if you don't want to be found. The team there are fabulous, and the food is first class"

The Resort is very isolated, and expensive to go anywhere. You are actually quite captive. Off season is not the time to go here. There are very few options for activities outside the resort. Apart from an island tour which is well worth doing, you are really confined to barracks, book reading (no TVs) and waiting for sunset drinks. Yes, there is some good snorkelling, swimming and kayaking, but that's it. No TV's or DVD library, no games as such. So, it's an awfully long way to go, and very expensive for just this. Unless of course that's what you're looking for.

"Great pools, no rush to grab a lounger in the morning, comfy bed, good shower, excellent location right in the middle of The Gap. The crazy golf course was superb! Gardens were large and well kept."

Bar was expensive so no-one really used it. Pure Ocean restaurant was just ok. Apartment was a bit tired in places. Felt it was expensive for what it was but worth paying the extra for pool/garden view.

"The food was great, as was the service in the restaurant and at the pool. The facilities such as the pools were lovely, and good options for dining, including a nice little deli. Many of the staff were very helpful."

The room was nice, but ours was a little tired. I also didn’t care for the lack of monitoring of the pool lounges,(lack of them, and people being allowed to put a towel on to reserve for the day without being there).

De la hotel este o priveliste superba catre mare si insula Gozo, dar nu e nimic in apropiere este foarte pustiu noi am inchiriat o masina si a fost totul mai usor, dar am vazut ca autobuzele circula destul de des si statia este in apropiere

"I can’t think of anything I would change (and I don’t say that often). Our stay was full of little details and the service was impecable. The room is beyond confortable, and everything was peaceful and beautiful. Loved the Food at Omakase, not so much at Ike’s bistro (except breakfast, which was delicious and with great variety) Other than that absolut perfection."

I just wouldnt recommend dinner at Ike’as bistro, but the other restaurants Were delicious! Omakase is outstanding for a great Price.

Our room was cold, Maintenance came to sort it out but he didn't really know much about the thermostat, said he sorted it and it won't take long to heat uo, but never did, wasn't ideal with a little baby, said baby was asleep by time we realised it wasn't heating up. A small blemish on what was otherwise a really nice stay.

The food in the restaurant was very poor - surprisingly for a country like Kyrgyzstan where generally the food is excellent
