This family-run hostel is found in the coastal town of Bodø, 100 metres from Glasshuset Shopping Centre. Rooms feature luxury beds, a flat-screen TV and free WiFi. Each room at Bodø Hotell includes cable TV channels, Jensen beds and either a sofa or armchair to relax in. Classic décor and wooden floors are standard. Hotell Bodø’s dining room hosts a daily breakfast buffet. In summer, afternoon coffee and refreshments can be enjoyed out on the terrace. Bodø Airport and the Norwegian Aviation Museum are both about 10 minutes’ drive away.

"All staff from the reception to the owner were the most friendliest politest people I’ve met in a business in a long time. The breakfast selection was superb, such a shame that you’re leaving. Great loss to Bodo. Hope the new owners take as much care to the hotel as you have."

"Almost everything was there to spend few days comfortable (the kettle but was missing but we didn’t miss it too much - found a way to boil the water for hot beverages)."

"We had a very enjoyable stay in this room. It was spacious and well equipped, including a small pantry that was very convenient. The bathroom was large and comfortable. We especially liked the view from the window, where we could see the beautiful lake. The room also had a sofa and a table, which made it a nice place for us to sit and relax in the evening. The surrounding area was peaceful and scenic. We spent some time walking around the lake."
