Zefyr Hotel

"I had a pleasant stay at Zefyr Hotel. I really appreciated the 24-hour front desk, which is very convenient, and the fact that breakfast is included. Another big plus is the free parking and the excellent location close to the ferry, which makes it ideal if you’re traveling onward. The staff were very polite and helpful. They even allowed me to leave my car in the parking lot after check-out until it was time to take the ferry, which I truly appreciated."

"Unfortunately, the internet connection was extremely poor. Calling it “terrible” would be an understatement — I had to switch to my roaming mobile data just to browse the internet normally."

"Our bedroom was tidy, modern and quiet. Beds were comfortable with a good firm mattress. Plenty of space in the room and a handy set of power outlets. The shared bathroom was clean with a hot powerful shower. Parking was right outside the hotel where there are several spaces and I believe there are more spaces around the side of the hotel. The hotel was easy to find. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were both quick and trouble free. Be aware that the hotel seems to share some rooms with the local hospital so you may see some patients there and there are some medical posters up on several the walls."

"The atmosphere in the hotel was quiet and caring as this hotel is attached to a hospital, providing accommodation for patients' visitors and accompanying families. I think it's a great idea worth supporting. They offer full board for a very reasonable price. The location is within a residential area. Bodø is not massive, so everything is quite close by."

"Clean comfy hotel in the centre, plenty of parking (big enough for our camper van). Friendly staff and comfortable beds. Also had a kids’ play room which was a bonus."

"I understood from description that 1 parking place is there for every room, but we had to park around the corner in front of the hospital and didnt understand fully where is the right place for that. The hotel itself probably were previously a hospital, the shower worked with pushing and the emergency lines were in the room."

"Good basic hotel. Friendly staff. Our bikes went in a large storeroom. Very good packed breakfast for us as we were catching a 6.00 am ferry. Simple but good value serve yourself cold meats and salads evening meal. Comfortable walking distance to the centre of Bodo."
