"Very good food and friendly/helpful staff. A few issues in the rooms such as A/C and roof leaks, but these were not major."

"Our self catering apartment was in a good location. Places to eat are near by. Facilities were basic but adequate for our stay. Towels were lovely and soft, the room was clean, the shower was good and the a/c was efficient. The staff at reception were very friendly."

Pillows a bit lumpy but we still got a good night's sleep.

"Our booking was made very late and despite this we were so warmly welcomed. There was beautiful Cape Verdean music being played when we arrived by two incredible musicians which was lovely. And the breakfast in the morning was delicious. The fresh mango juice was particularly mouthwatering!"

The family is incredibly kind and welcoming, and they went above and beyond to organize all my trips both around town and further afield. They are very knowledgeable and always happy to help with anything. It also meant a lot to know that the funds from the guest house support a school for the local community. I would 100% recommend staying here."

Singurul punct care ar putea fi ameliorat, subiectiv fiind: locurile de parcare. Cred ca ar fi o idee buna ca in momentul in care te cazezi, mai ales cand ceri un loc de parcare, acesta sa iti fie atribuit, pe intreaga perioada a sejurului. Iesind in oras cu masina, la intoarcere trebuia sa ne cautam alt loc(toate ocupate) sau, parcandu-ne pe un spatiu liber, ocupam locul altor persoane care era mai "vechi"....situatii care creaza, din pacate, tensiuni inutile. Acest detaliu ar putea fi cu siguranta...optimizat, ameliorat.

The swimming pool very small though they have much space

"Great value for money. If you intend to stay at the university, this hotel has everything one needs and is in close walking distance. Also, the rooms are tidy, and the staff is very friendly."

The reception was almost never occupied, and the person on the indicated phone number did not speak English. So checking in and paying was a bit tricky. Internet is a bit slow for working, but OK. Also, mind that you may need to bring your own shampoo, soap, and hair dryer.
