"The hotel was stunning! Set in the jungle and in beautiful wooden cabins, it feels like low-key luxury. The restaurant was lovely, it’s quite popular on the island but the staff make sure hotel guests get good tables and are catered for. It’s very very quiet, so if you are looking for relaxation it’s perfect. The grounds are beautifully curated, it feels like you are staying in a botanical garden. The general manager was a gem, he sorted out a small issue with our room very quickly and was so hospitable for the rest of our stay, he couldn’t do enough to help. Can’t wait to go back one day!"

Some people would take issue not having AC, but it’s definitely cool enough and there is no reason to have them.

It's a bit far from the beach and from the parties at night (but at least you can explore the whole village)

As I enter the room, there is a strong smell of smoke. They need to ensure that the room is properly ventilated so that the smoke odour doesn't linger. Additionally, they don't provide soap or shampoo in the bathroom. It can also be quite exhausting to stay in a hotel with steep stairs and no elevator.

Staff seemed annoyed and not welcoming.

"We love the complete breakfast the BnB had and every morning it was a complete meal. The host ensured we were settled in well. As for the location, it is very much aligned to places where we visited at the area. Ubers and Bolt should not have any problem finding the place by the roadside. My wife loved the book collection at their personal library so a good writer's retreat too."

We were content with the place. Everything was in working order right to the room, amenities at our convenience. So no complaints.

"We stayed here for the second time and we love it. Bungalows are set in dense beautiful garden. The food is amazing. The stuff is very nice. A bit off the WNT trail, but worth it."

As in a lot of places the wifi sometimes doesn't work but that is not specifically for this place though. I blame Africell 😊

"We had a fantastic stay at Trinity Family Inn! The family took extremely good care of us and they are such good people. The room was sparkling clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was exceptional. Would highly recommend to anyone to stay there!"

"The staff especially the young girl at the counter were very helpful. She helped us a lot in planning our itinerary, which metros to take, and good places to eat . The location was good but slightly far from Taipei Main station. Even snacks were kept for the guests which were not seen in any other hotel. Overall we had a pleasant stay."

"Totul a fost foarte bine, de la chalet pana la micuț dejun. Casa foarte frumoasa, confortabilă, curată, spațioasă. Când am facut rezervarea am fost cu 8 persoane si am selectat 2 apartamente iar dupa 30 minute m-a sunat domnul de la receptie si mi-a recomandat sa ma întrebe daca vreau , pentru acelasi preț, o casă mai mare de 10 persoane ca sa stea copii împreună. Eu m-am bucurat foarte mult. Profesionalism! Casa a fost foarte frumoasa si curată! Îl recomandam cu drag!"

"Hat eine super Poolanlage mit Schattenplätzen zum sitzen. Das Personal ist super freundlich und das Essen schmeckt gut. Die Zimmer sind gross, haben eine Klimaanlage und einen Deckenventilator. Das Gran Calao ist sehr kinderfreundlich."

"I was impressed by the attention to detail. The free coffee and tea in the lockers were a pleasant surprise."

House keeping could be better. In 6 days stay we got only one cleaning, so we lived with full bins of trash, ashtrays etc all the time. The bbq zone was pretty much occupied with the events, wich ruined our plans to grill the time we wanted.

"O cazare excelentă în Malta! Gazdele au fost foarte amabile și atente, iar facilitățile au făcut șederea foarte plăcută: curățenie zilnica și prosoape curate, plus un mic dejun gustos servit pe o terasă drăguță. De asemenea, locația este foarte avantajoasă, fiind aproape de feribot, stația de autobuz, magazine și supermarket-uri."

"This is a small hotel in a superb location with colourful gardens and excellent views. The friendly and hard working staff were extremely helpful, and the owner Primus met us at the airport and drove us to the hotel, for a pre-arranged fee. This made our arrival so much easier and stress free. He also arranged car rental for us which was excellent value. There's a nice lounging area overlooking the bay, good for watching sunsets, and a refreshing pool. Home cooked food available lunch and dinner, as well as breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed a most memorable and relaxing stay."

The dinner at a (somewhat high) price of 30 Euro per person was good. Good service overall. The owner, Mr. Desprairies, is very professional."

Though we did like the breakfast, we saw that eggs are offered for an extra charge. In most hotels this is standard, so I would recommend to just include them in breakfast. Also, the coffee was so so.
