AC was not cooling much

"cheap stay was perfect for a solo person looking for a comfy place to sleep"

the stairs was a little tricky would not recommend for a wheelchair

"Walking distance / Near to the Taman Marzuki theather. Plenty of food nearby too."

Probably just the traffic and noises makes by vendor as the hotel is opposite the national library. Hence many youngsters hangout there everyday and worst is over the weekend.

"I have enjoyed staying at The Diplomat for decades. This is hotel life as it should be, which is probably why I keep going back. I enjoy a quiet meal with my family by the pool and do like to indulge in delicious food from all over the world. The staff are always friendly and extremely polite."

Work commitments forced an early departure.

The AC and the Fridge in our room were not working but immediately we reported, they were fixed.

Puțin îngrijită /modernizată și ar trebui o atenție mai mare din partea managementului pentru aceasta și personalul acesteia.

The hotel has a serious issue with plumbing. Didn't get hot water for quite a long time in teh shower and had to wait long, while the hot water was yelowish.

"The bed was amazing, i slept well and that was the best part especially being jet lagged. The kids loved the breakfast spread so that was a plus. They really enjoyed their stay, im glad to have booked it and wouls definitely come again and recommend to friends."

Por ahí tener un colcha de verano o similar. Y que el baño tenga cortina a fin de que no se moje todo al bañarse. Igual todo correcto.

Micul dejun a fost destul de sărac, nimic special. Recomand îmbunătățirea lui, mai ales că nu este foarte ieftin.

"Our NGO had a conference in the hotel. the staff was excellent in preparing the conference room and addressing out needs. The conference catered food was excellent. I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and had breakfast every day. After the first 2 days, I realized that one could order eggs or omelet. Which was fine but why didn't they tell me at the beginning? Fruit selection was good. Coffee was also good. the wam milk for coffee was frequently empty but refilled on request."

Food not so inspiring

"Mic dejunul continental a fost bun pe partea de fructe/patiserie/cafea dar ar fi trebuit sa fie mai variat la partea de startere, branzeturi, antreuri calde (amous-bouche)."

Una din turele de personal nu a fost foarte amabila si atenta, restul turelor de personal au fost foarte ok si amabile. Micdejul ar fi putu fi mai variat asa cum am mentionat si la punctul anterior.

"I was able to book a room just before midnight of the same night (in the app it says 24 hours front desk). When I arrived, the doors were closed. I was able to call and they were able to open the doors after I woke them up and accommodated me but it's quite a surprise if it says 24 hours front desk and then it actually isn't..."

Dacă ajungeți în Anvers la cu autoturismul dvs.înmaticulat pe altă țară, decât Belgia, trebuie să vă înregistrați mașina la LEZ ( Low Emission Zone).Înregistratea este gratuită și este valabilă pentru Anvers și Gent."

Prices are very high, but the normal for French Guyana. Kourou is not a city for pedestrians. So, there is no good location - everything is far for a walk. By car, it is really close to the space center.
