"The bed is comfortable, location is perfect together with mall. Also security perfect!"

The room is quite old and small.

"I was able to book a room just before midnight of the same night (in the app it says 24 hours front desk). When I arrived, the doors were closed. I was able to call and they were able to open the doors after I woke them up and accommodated me but it's quite a surprise if it says 24 hours front desk and then it actually isn't..."

Poate ca nu ar strica putin mai multa diversitate la mancarea de la micul dejun !

"The room was spacious, clean and had a huge comfortable bed. The room also had amazing views of the sea, and islet de Gosier as well a cool terrace. Coffee facilities and air conditioning in the room. I loved the open air lounge/dining area too - very unique - the art exhibition added glamour! Then the private beach and pool was also a treat."

The beach area tables and lounges needs to be cleaned more regularly.

"I have enjoyed staying at The Diplomat for decades. This is hotel life as it should be, which is probably why I keep going back. I enjoy a quiet meal with my family by the pool and do like to indulge in delicious food from all over the world. The staff are always friendly and extremely polite."

Work commitments forced an early departure.

The area is absolutely manic, the actual car park entrance was difficult to find, bar very limited, staff on bar seemed disinterested until we paid the bill and gave a tip which cheered her up.

Revin cu placere la acest hotel, dovada ca am fost clienta hotelului in cinci vacante."

Mi-ar placea ca halatele de baie sa nu fie o marime unica.

Construction/renovations going on (some days loud). There was a huge cockroach in my room. These were both minor inconveniences for me, the rest of the stay was phenomenal.

Mobilier putin cam vechi. Am cerut la receptie un adaptor pentru priza si ni s a dat unul singur. Sistemul de ventilatie in restaurant ar trebui imbunatatit.

Hotelul este destul de vechi și ar fi necesare lucrări de reabilitare și modernizare în raport cu standardele din ziua de astăzi

It’s a bit way out to get to any bars or restaurants on foot- St.Lawrence Gap, £10 e/w, for amenities. Walk at your peril the roads & drivers are haphazard & it takes a good half hour if you’re relatively fit!

"Dispunerea fata de mare și poziționarea fata de pietonala din Lapad, foarte aproape de stația de autobus (nr.4, cu stație finala Old Town Dubrovnik) și aproape de portul din Lapad."

Puțin îngrijită /modernizată și ar trebui o atenție mai mare din partea managementului pentru aceasta și personalul acesteia.

Receceptionerul desi amabil nu avea libertatea de a negocia pretul care era mare, mai mare ca pe booking. Patul nu era dublu ca in descriere ci din doua saltele intre care picai noaptea , iar locatia era intr un bazar murdar plin de gunoaie si dimineata la 5 ne au trezit slujba de la i biserica musulmana si strigatele musulmanilor.

Probably just the traffic and noises makes by vendor as the hotel is opposite the national library. Hence many youngsters hangout there everyday and worst is over the weekend.
