The lack of the cleanliness of the pool (because of breakfast nearby, lots of things fly away in it). Drinkable water in the bar was not free (4-star hotel)

"Our NGO had a conference in the hotel. the staff was excellent in preparing the conference room and addressing out needs. The conference catered food was excellent. I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and had breakfast every day. After the first 2 days, I realized that one could order eggs or omelet. Which was fine but why didn't they tell me at the beginning? Fruit selection was good. Coffee was also good. the wam milk for coffee was frequently empty but refilled on request."

Construction/renovations going on (some days loud). There was a huge cockroach in my room. These were both minor inconveniences for me, the rest of the stay was phenomenal.

In dem Zimmer befand sich eine kleine Küchenzeile, die aber keinen Gegenstand enthielt (also insb. keinen Becher oder Glas). Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig.

Probably just the traffic and noises makes by vendor as the hotel is opposite the national library. Hence many youngsters hangout there everyday and worst is over the weekend.

"The staff are wonderful and very consistent of disability. The restaurant is excellent with a large menu and reasonable prices. The Indian food is especially good. The surroundings are stunning. There is a farmers market there one Saturday a month"

The WiFi does not work!

Parcarea cu toate ca are camera de supraveghere nu este de folos. Am găsit masina lovita în parcare. Asa ca cei ce mergeți sa aveți grija. Hotelul nu își asuma nimic.

"A fost curat tot timpul,in fiecare zi se făcea curatenie in camera,in baie,schimbat prosoape ,lenjerie pat..nota 10..in fiecare zi aprovizionare cu apa plata, micul dejun bogat..aveai multe varietate din ce sa alegi,fructe,ceai,cafea, apa,suc,iaurt.."

Paying was not straight forward, primarily because they play with exchange rates to make a little extra money so that even their staff can get confused.

The room was really spacious and clean and breakfast was a great selection. We had asked for help with something very specific which wasn't part of the hotel and the team said to leave it with them and they'd call the room when they had the answer and, they did that!"

"Hotel cu plaja privata, cu panorama dubla: mare si oras, camere mari cu balcon cu peretele spre balcon din sticla, paturi late si confortabile, cu canere izolate fonic, curate, personal amabil, piscina cu apa de mare, sezlonguri noi saltele confortabile. Revin cu placere la acest hotel, dovada ca am fost clienta hotelului in cinci vacante."

Mi-ar placea ca halatele de baie sa nu fie o marime unica.

"I was able to book a room just before midnight of the same night (in the app it says 24 hours front desk). When I arrived, the doors were closed. I was able to call and they were able to open the doors after I woke them up and accommodated me but it's quite a surprise if it says 24 hours front desk and then it actually isn't..."

Pe parcursul sejurului atmosfera a fost una foarte buna si am avut parte de indicatii si sugestii foarte bune pt vizitarea orasului Helsinki! Cu siguranta recomand aceasta locatie, iar cand voi mai reveni la Helsinki voi alege tot Finlandia Park Hotel"

Poate ca nu ar strica putin mai multa diversitate la mancarea de la micul dejun !
