"Magical spot in nature with exceptional views and epic sunrise view from bed. The whole property crafted with love and creative artistic features. Loved the whole place, rustic and good quality. Having access to the beautiful pool with a view also a massive bonus. Very sad to leave, so happy to have stayed for four nights. Peter. Rocio and Santiago are exceptional hosts."

Owners not there so being run by backpackers/chef - meant little things were missed. Boat to get there is very overpriced.

"Peaceful location with a beautiful garden, spacious and comfortable rooms and very amazing hosts. They gave us tea and a bottle of their fantastic homemade lavender shampoo made from herbes harvested in the garden. It is a sustainable little paradise."

The window on the ceiling let in a little too much light, but this is only a problem on the bed below it (and it heats up the room very well during the day - which is crucial due to the cold nights).

"From the airport, it’s a 20-minute drive. GPS may show that you arrive a little earlier, but once you enter the correct alley, drive a few meters further. You will need the gate to enter the villa — it’s right opposite the trees. You will see it. The town of Houmt Souk is 7–10 minutes away by car, which is very convenient if you value peace, comfort, and coziness, while still being close to the city. Having a car or using taxis is essential for your convenience. At the villa, you will hear birds singing, and there are many authentic national elements. There is a private yard, and you can also park your car on the property. If it’s cool or hot, you can turn on the air conditioners. The kitchen is well equipped, there are two bathrooms, a washing machine, and good hot-water pressure. Comfortable and self-sufficient. A little more effort on the cleaning (towels with stain) would have been nice, place is difficult to get to but that's part of the charm

"The privacy of the casita. Lots of space to relax, quiet with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. We felt safe within the compound of the resort. The back-garden was lovely and perfect place to enjoy breakfasts and evening meals."

Pillows were very stiff and hard, but you could ask the management office to change. Would be great if they could install a couple vending machines on site.
