"Location, location, location!!! Stunning beach and beautiful hotel! Loved the spacious rooms, the views from the balcony and the ships docking in and out of the harbour. The reception on entrance was extremely welcoming and efficient. The bar tender and entertainers at night in the lobby were awesome! Close to restaurants and pick up points for the swimming with pigs adventures!"
The service was not the best. Waited forever for a hairdryer and ended up waiting at the reception until they brought it to me. Getting a seat for breakfast was a daily challenge and the staff were not very efficient or friendly. The snack place at the pool ran out of chips, didn’t have all the drinks available, really badly planned during the peak Christmas season.
