"We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Sofia and left genuinely impressed. The rooms are specious, cozy, stylish and comfortable. The spa was excellent, especially the staff. The service and the people really stood out, very attentive, professional, and consistently kind throughout our stay. We really appreciated the way management handled a small issue on their side. They addressed it immediately, made thoughtful alternative arrangements, and went far beyond what we expected to ensure we felt valued and taken care of. That level of care and accountability says a lot about how the hotel is run. I loved our stay there!"

"Personal puțin la restaurant timp lung de asteptare a preluării comenzii si servirea ei Faptul ca am fost mutați la subsol in alta locație a restaurantului pt ca restaurantul era rezervat pentru FUMATORI! !!! Aici ospătarul a încercat sa ne impună plata cach si nu cu cardul"

"Totul a fost excelent, am apelat hotelul când am ajuns la aeroport și au venit după noi. Ne-au cazat rapid într-o cameră confortabilă și curată. Ne-au pregătit micul dejun la pachet dimineața și ne-au transportat la hotel. Am rămas foarte mulțumiți, sunteți excelenți !"
