"We arrived to the hotel at the end of our trip (last 3 days) and we ordered 2 rooms. when we got the hotel we figuer out that the hotel do not have connected door. Violeta the woman who had at the reception found out a solution for us and upgrade us to the suite with no extra charge. very pleasant staff that always want to help. there is a big supermarket 1 minute walking near the hotel and there is free parking"
