Hostelul Mostel Sofia se află într-o clădire renovată, din secolul al XIX-lea, într-o zonă liniştită din centrul oraşului Sofia. Oaspeţii au la dispoziţie o bucătărie comună modernă. Staţia de metrou Serdika este la 10 minute de mers pe jos. Camerele sunt confortabile şi au baie privată sau comună. Toate camerele oferă acces gratuit la internet WiFi şi la cerere sunt disponibile computere comune. Oaspeţii pot folosi livingul comun, care are o masă de biliard. Sunt disponibile o maşină de spălat comună şi un uscător, iar dormitoarele comune includ dulapuri-vestiar. La cerere se oferă uscător de păr şi facilităţi de călcat. Hostel Mostel are un patio plăcut unde oaspeţii se pot relaxa când vremea este frumoasă, precum şi o zonă comună de luat masa. Proprietatea oferă recepţie deschisă nonstop şi bar. Personalul de la recepţie poate organiza excursii de o zi şi tururi prin puburi. Sofia Hostel Mostel este la 25 de minute de mers pe jos de autogară. La câteva minute de mers pe jos se găsesc cluburi, baruri şi restaurante. Catedrala Sveta Nedelia şi Muzeul de Arheologie sunt în apropierea hostelului.

"I didn't like the bathroom, the smell was offputting. I am aware that it was hard to clean since the shower was open with toilet, but some towel just to clean the floor from the water would be great. Also the sink in the kitchen was leaking(?) ‐ the floor was constantly wet in there (not the main ktichen at the reception, the one we had in the other building)."

"The house was a renovated original old Bulgarian house with nice folkloric decoration and amenities. The lady who received us was very warm and responsive, she even bought special bread for my husband who has diabetes. Thank you, Minka! The room was quiet, very basic but with all necessary equipment. The bed was comfortable."
