Pensiunea Hello Sofia este găzduită de o clădire istorică din centrul oraşului Sofia, la 800 de metri de Teatrul Naţional şi la 1 km de Catedrala Aleksandr Nevski. Proprietatea are surse de lumină şi aparate cu consum redus de energie, pături lucrate manual 100% din bumbac şi perne cu puf de gâscă. Cele mai multe cazări ale pensiunii Hello Sofia au ambianță interioară plin de culoare, podea din lemn, TV LCD cu canale prin cablu şi baie cu duş. Unele unităţi au baie comună. Anumite cuiburi confortabile sunt dotate cu aer condiţionat. Conexiunea WiFi este gratuită, iar oaspeţii pot utiliza bucătăria comună utilată cu frigider, facilităţi de gătit şi aparat de cafea şi ceai. La cerere, se poate furniza un fier de călcat şi un uscător de păr. Hello Sofia este la doar câţiva paşi de staţia de metrou Serdica. Gara principală şi autogara se află la 7 minute de mers cu metroul. Aeroportul oraşului Sofia este la 18 km, iar la cerere este disponibil un serviciu de transfer de la/la aeroport.

"(Visited 14/08/2025 - 17/08/2025) It's really great for its price! Very central location in Sofia, close to the center of Serdica, 5 minutes from the metro station, with many cultural sites and museums to visit nearby, as well as restaurants to eat, so it's very convenient location-wise! It's definitely an old building and it looks like it, but the room we were given was cozy, quiet, comfortable and clean enough. The wi-fi had great signal and the air-condition worked. There was hot water in the shower, too. There's a common room/kitchen that is very convenient for cooking or having your coffee and breakfast. The owner was very kind and helpful with everything we needed! In my opinion, for such a low price, it's a great place to stay in Sofia!"

"I have to say that we got locked out of our room and stack in the hallway of the building at 1am and texted the owner. They replied immediately and got us out. For this I give 9/10 , the other 1/10 I don't give because i didn't get the chance to use anything else apart from the bed and the toilet."
