"I booked for my partner and his business partner, arranged for an extremely late check in , because they were traveling from afar, the receptionist was very professional and patient throughout the arrival process communication. The place was very tidy and loved the location as well, very quiet and safe location, thumbs up Agros for the awesome service, will surely book again!!💯☺️"

"Amazing stay here, staff were all very friendly and attentive (especially JB). Stored our luggage as we arrived early and allowed us to freshen up ready for lunch before the room was ready. Hotel and room were exceptional. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and wine tram station. Lots of vineyards were an easy uber drive away too. Staff offered some great restaurant recommendations too. Breakfast was also a nice addition. Would definitely recommend staying here whilst in Franschhoek."
