Vile în Thailanda

"Beautiful villa with high vaulted ceilings and very spacious and elegant. Comfy bed and nice outdoor area. Very helpful and friendly owners."

Pool not heated, so a bit bracing when we took a dip. It was mid-November though.

"Căn hộ rất rộng, khu sinh hoạt chung rất phù hợp để tụ tập tự nấu ăn, ăn uống với nhau. Cảnh quan xung quanh rất đẹp, có xe chở đi, và được sử dụng nhiều dịch vụ khác trong khu. Có vài trang thiết bị hơi cũ, đã xuống cấp nhưng cũng đã được xử lý và vệ sinh tốt."

Không hỗ trợ đặt giường phụ (có nhưng tính phí), cảm thấy không hợp lý lắm vì không gian chung rất rộng mà kh thể ở thêm người.

"Beautiful villa surrounded by a lush tropical landscape. The layout and four bedrooms were perfect for our group. The staff was terrific!"

Unfortunately, there was construction next door with significant noise starting in the morning and lasting most of the day. Would have been a 10/10 without it. Once it's done, Villa Islander will be a perfect oasis.

"Am petrecut un sejur minunat la această vilă din Ksamil! Locația este ideală – aproape de plaje, dar suficient de liniștită pentru relaxare. Vila este curată, bine întreținută, cu camere confortabile și o curte perfectă pentru seri de vară, cu foișor, grătar și multă verdeață. Gazdele au fost deosebit de ospitaliere,ne-au pregătit o cină foarte gustoasă și ne-au servit cu vin de casă, mereu atentă și gata să ajute cu sfaturi utile despre zonă. Un bonus neașteptat, dar tare simpatic, a fost prezența unei pisicuțe prietenoase care ne-a ținut companie pe terasă în fiecare dimineață – o adevărată mascotă a locului! 🐾 Un colț de rai în Ksamil – ne-am simțit ca acasă și cu siguranță vom reveni! 🌞🌊"

A fost totul perfect, nimic neplăcut!!!!!

"De ligging van Casa Baronesa kan niet beter, direct aan een mooi strand, met achter het huis, gescheiden van het strand via een poortje, nog een stukje privé strand. Het huis is zeer ruim en smaakvol ingericht. Het uitzicht vanuit de slaapkamers op zee is fenomenaal. Verder zijn in de directe nabijheid de nodige restaurantjes te vinden."

De huisraad - met name het bestek en de pannen - was niet op peil en dient te worden aangevuld. Verder zouden een broodrooster en een vaatwasser welkom zijn. Het gemis hieraan heeft de pret echter zeker niet mogen drukken.

"It was clean and convenient, and AC was great. Water pressure was good. Felt safe and secure. Property has all necessary amenities."

Would have liked 2 single beds in the second bedroom for the children. Could use a dustbin in the kitchen.

"Casute aparent modeste dar curate, baie renovata cu incalzire in pardoseala, in camere exces de caldura chiar, curatenie zilnica, mic dejun repetitiv dar ok, poiana mare in care sa se joace copiii in siguranta, toate cele necesare in baie si bucatarie."

Nu exista termostat pentru controlul caldurii, uneori sufocante, iar singura solutie este sa arunci caldura pe geam sau pe usa, pentru echilibrare termica. Traficul trece prin spatele casutelor de pe linia drumului deci e posibil sa va deranjeze putintel galagia

"Spacious, comfortable and clean villa close to the popular beach of Tofta. Our kids loved the private pool and ping-pong table. Thanks to the generosity of the owner, we were able to explore the island and left feeling both wiser and entertained. Highly recommended!"

Everything was lovely. One small note only: it would have been nice if sheets were included in the rental, as guests might assume they are.

"Das großzügige Platzangebot. Gemütliche Einrichtung. Hochstühle für Kleinkinder sowie Babybett sind vorhanden. Im Treppenhaus steht auch ein Schrank mit Büchern und Spielen. Ebenso sind Staubsauger vorhanden. Für eine alte Villa war die Wohnung gut in Schuss."

Zwei Punkte möchte ich anmerken. In der Loggia links neben der Tür, war eine Fenstervertäfelung locker. Die müsste wieder festgeklebt werden. Und der Buffetschrank im Wohnzimmer ist nicht mit der Wand verbunden. Da das Angebot auch an Familien mit Kleinkindern gerichtet ist, sollte hier nachgebessert werden.

La instalación requiere de algunos pequeños arreglos y un poco más de limpieza.

"Everything is perfect, the villas are so new and well equipped and decorated. Sofia - Cousine Chef - and Marie - our main contact - were incredible since the begging. They do all for us to fell more comfortable. Levi is the bast from finish Lapland. Weather is perfect, the Vila is surrounded by nature and super calm but still central place. 1000% worth"

"The Uncle and Aunty were very helpful and friendly. Upon receiving they have explained everything in clear words. Everything is written with clear instruction in the house so you don't have any issues using any stuff. It was a wonderful experience...perfect place for a family to stay."

There was nothing to be dislike there

"I like the location, in the middle of three hospitals I needed to visit, staff were very helpful , I had upgraded and that was very nice of Mr. Ahmed. I will be back for sure."

"Very helpful manager Mr. Bikram Lama. He helped out a lot. the evening fireplace is wonderful to keep warm. Breakfast is made-to-order and hence decent. Once you are in the property, it's a great feeling just next to the runway!!"

Location is confusing as one has to walk quite a bit from Lukla Airport. They should coordinate a porter with arriving guests. It's very cold there and room heaters must be provided for the night. Also, 24 hour hot water supply must be provided

"L’accueil de notre hôte, son professionnalisme et sa disponibilité pour répondre à nos demandes pendant notre séjour . La conception architecturale de la maison qui en fait un lieu d’exception dans tous ses aménagements et principalement la piscine à débordement de grande taille avec une vue sur l’océan indien . Le calme et la sérénité du lieu : la musique de l’océan , le chant des oiseaux et du vent … un coucher de soleil tous les soirs sur l’océan : de la piscine , du salon , de la cuisine et de notre chambre , du jardin …. Une vue panoramique à 180 degrés !!! L’emplacement géographique dans le quartier de l’hermitage : accès direct au lagon et proximité à pied de Saint-Gilles ."

Celine the property owner had left us a welcome platter of different French cheese’s which were delish and a bottle of red and white wine along with a dozen eggs and a loaf of bread."

The property was perfect inside and out and nothing to dislike.
