This place is fantastic, so reluctant to put neg things here! The following tweaks would have made it perfect! A well placed (thicker) hedge at the front could provide more privacy for the small patio area which sits at front of the house (roadside). Shops and restaurants nearby. The facilities are really modern so was surprised no dimmer switch on lights. A lamp could help with soft lighting. More translated material for non Japanese. English in my case.

The ceiling fan didn't work well and it was really hot. The room was like a hotbox. It was a heat wave in the area so not entirely the property's fault but they could do with maintenance on the fan.

Be prepared however - you will need a car (or arrange other transport) if you want to go anywhere including a local shop (in Lyngseidat) - we knew this and had organised other transport but do your research!!"

"Idealne miejsce na rodzinny wypoczynek! Domek położony tuż przy polu golfowym, z pięknymi widokami i mnóstwem przestrzeni do relaksu. W środku czysto, bardzo dobrze wyposażony – niczego nam nie brakowało. Cisza, spokój i pełen komfort sprawiły, że mogliśmy naprawdę odpocząć. The kitchen was very cold. The hot tub was older and had a bit of a musty smell and all the jets didnt work. But it was great to have it in a screened in porch. Theres only 1 main bathroom and 1 ensuite. So if you dont mind people walking into your bedroom to get to the 2nd bathroom.

"Nice apartment. Clean and the neighbourhood seemed safe. All the amenities worked. The host and staff were readily available. The only issue has nothing to do with the property, the internet says there is a place nearby to get food. The internet is wrong, that place is closed, it.woul be wise to take groceries or food."

"Đầu tiên là chủ nhà rất lịch sự, chủ động liên lạc với khách và hỗ trợ nhiệt tình, giới thiệu Villa, chị quản lý cũng vui vẻ hỗ trợ dọn dẹp và check-in sớm. "The owner is kind and helpful. When he heard I am landing in TLV at 3AM he did recommend how to reach his place, looked after trains to Beniamina, proposed that in case of absence of taxi from train station he can fetch me. Flexible on check-in and out times. My payment didn’t went by credit card, so I needed to pay cash. Owner said no problem, can wait until I am back from shopping mall."

The part I wasn’t much happy - it’s moskitos,and I think the owner will fix it (cables in the window living small glitch for insects) soon.

"This villa is large and comfortable. There’s a perfect kitchen with a variety of utensils for cooking. Unfortunately, our time was limited, but we appreciated the amenities and the location close to the ocean."

Il y a un coin jeux extérieur pour eux, et des jouets ainsi que des équipements loisir (draisienne, ballon rebondissant, etc...) à l'intérieur. "The villa was stunning and really well laid out and there was so much space, you could have family time but alone time too. The conversion and history was amazing along with the friendliness and helpfulness of the owner. The kids loved the pool with the different lights and jacuzzi and they had great fun. Also had beach towels which was a plus. There was a full sized table tennis table which was also good fun. Location was really good and situated in a beautiful place. Shops were extremely close and it also had advantage of it being open 24 hours a day. They had bbq facilities as well however due to the weather we never got a chance to use this. The owner even bought and delivered us a birthday cake for someone in our party which was delicious."

"Beautiful views overlooking the sea. I saw a rainbow. The facility is set up to be self servic but you can also order food off the menu. Elevated local food was excellent. The host was very attentive and accommodating where possible."

The pool was a bit cool so I did not use it.
