"The chalet was a real dream and perfect escape from our busy lives. Situated in magical countryside with a beautiful pond and a view of wildlife including deer. Inside the cabin we had everything we needed for a cosy evening after a day of hiking. And the host was the sweetest kindest lady 😊"

faptul ca ciubarul se acoperea la ora 20, trebuie lasat mai mult timp noaptea, nu deschis la ora 10 dimineata ( oricum nu se respecta ora de 10, cateodata inchis si la ora 12). 🫣

"Alapvetően tiszta, rendezett apartman egy rendkívül kedves szállásadóval."

A szárító tiszta rozsda volt, nem tudtam, vagyis nem akartam arra kiteregetni. Egyetlen éles kést sem találtunk, amivel a pékárut elvághattuk volna. A konyhai/nappali rész tele volt szúnyogokkal kora este, amikor megérkeztünk, így, aludni ott nem tudtunk (de az alvás a régi hűtő folyamatosan búgó hangjától is lehetetlen lett volna.) Úgy gondolom, hogy az apartman árához képest ezek olyan apró dolgok, amikre lehetne figyelni.

"Very nice accommodation. Comfortable, clean with all needed amenities and more! The swimming pool is a pleasure and the view on the palm trees, a real treat. The place is very secure, and perfectly located being very close to the city center on one side and restaurants and bars on the other side (few minutes walk).."

"La cabane est de très bonne qualité, spacieuse avec un pont qui donne sur une petite terrasse. Un salon est également à disposition sous la cabane avec un bbq. La cabane est très bien agencée avec ce qu’il faut, notamment un grand frigo, de la vaisselle et de quoi faire la cuisine. L’endroit est très bien situé au calme entre Bouillante et Deshaies. A 50m de la maison cacao et duke plage de galet. Les plages de sable sont entre 7 et 15mn en voiture. L’endroit parfait pour se dépayser. Liliane est une personne formidable qui conseille volontiers et est à dispositions en cas de besoin. Nous avons adorés ce séjour."

Me gustaría que hubiera cámara de seguridad en la parte de afuera, que es donde quedan los vehículos.

"Loved the cabin! So calm and relaxing. The cabin itself was so rustic, everything you need is there. The beds were so nice and comfortable, they had working netflix so on the cold rainy nights you can simply cuddle and watch some TV. The breakfast was amazing! Lovely lady gave it to us to our cabin in the morning and it was wrapped so nicely in a proper picnic basket! And the range was amazing, even better than hotel buffets. The staff were friendly! The area is very quiet with a short drive to many hiking spots but that's what we were looking for. Loved every second. Thanks again!"

I didn't book a longer stay

You have to bring cash to pay for the room. The toilet and shower (both very clean) are in a separate house. So you have to make short walk (15 meters) I had problems to find the location in google maps. The location I found was not the location of accommodation. Finally somebody helped us to find the proper location.

Los sofás del salón eran bastante incomodos

"Check in was easy. The location is good. There are many beds and plenty of space. The fireplace and sauna are very nice after a full day of skiing. 2 minutes walking from a skiing slopes."

"Un lugar encantador bien ubicado en Alto Jaramillo, tiene una vista espectacular a toda la ciudad de Boquete y Volcán Barú fue impresionante para mis niñas ver salir el arco iris justo del jardín de las cabañas. Las instalaciones del lugar muy buenas y limpio; el restaurante muy rico y el personal muy amable y complaciente te hacen sentir como en casa! Para llegar al lugar la carretera en buen estado y cerca del pueblo de Boquete!"

"Locatia pe plaja. Din casuta traversa. drumul si erai pe plaja. Parcare si sezlonguri gratuite. Micul dejun bun. Ne-am simtit foarte bine. Liniște, curatenie, aer curat. Plaja foarte buna, apa curata."

Mi-a placut totul, dar as face unele precizari care nu tin de proprietate. Pe plaja e pietris si as recomanda incaltaminte speciala. Pentru noi a fost mai bine cu plaja cu pietris pentru ca nu trebuia sa ne spalam permanent de nisip. Intrarea in apa e cam brusca.

"We had no one around, we could go to the beach, come back relax to the property, the kids was able to refresh themselves in the private pool, it was perfect!"

Since it was in the mountain there was more ants / mosquitos, but the host had all the equipment needed for us to have an enjoyable stay!

"The cottages are nicely located, with enough space between them for privacy and nearby the river. The hotel restaurant was very nice and convenient, as well as the bread service in the mornings. And the beds were good."

The bathroom was extremely tiny. Literally showering above the toilet, smaller than boat cabin bathrooms! Quite weird for the given space in the cottage. Also the cooking facilities were fairly cramped, you cab only fit 2 small pans if you're lucky. However, it worked out well enough for us. Lastly, there are a lot of playground facilities for the kids, which sounded nice, but they were also located right in front of (most of) the cottages, which can make it quite noisy (depending on which children are playing there).

I was not impressed with the fact that I was asked to pay additional fees charged by the host on checking my booking these fees were not added to my original booking at the time of booking the property. The host explained that these are the fees chargred by booking.com to her which I suspect is passed on.

"The beds are extremely comfortable, the check in super easy, the cottage is super cozy, warm and has everything you need for cooking. The location is great, in a secluded spot, absolutely peaceful. We love the dogs, it was a bonus be able to pet and play with them."

Due to my carelessness, I thought the Smyrr cottage had a shower (the photos only show a sink and toilet, but I assumed the shower just wasn't in the photo), so if you're staying longer, you might want to take that into consideration.

"The view was really good with the little terrace in front of the room, I like to have a view. AC was powerful. It was also very very quiet. No noise except the roosters."

Others need to be mindful it's down a steep hill from the main street then up a steep unlit track - bring a flashlight not just phone light. Tricycles pick up at the bottom of the hill.
