Le calme et la sérénité du lieu : la musique de l’océan , le chant des oiseaux et du vent … un coucher de soleil tous les soirs sur l’océan : de la piscine , du salon , de la cuisine et de notre chambre , du jardin …. Une vue panoramique à 180 degrés !!! L’emplacement géographique dans le quartier de l’hermitage : accès direct au lagon et proximité à pied de Saint-Gilles ."

Could pave the pathway to the pool a bit better so not to always track dirt to and from the house . The lounge chair area is tight - hard to navigate multiple people finding a seat as there isn’t space to walk around the chairs . For our group that was a bit elderly it wasn’t convenient

The facilities in the rooms need updating. The breakfast could offer more choices. After the 4th day ,it would be nice to have a change. There was limited seating in the shade for breakfast.

"Very spacious, very private. It was comfortable. We were kindly met at San Marino bus station and taken to the villa. Also kindly taken to the supermarket first to buy some food as the villa is very isolated. Taxi was recommended to us, and was reliable and comfortable. The area was amazing to visit. Information was sent to us to answer our questions. Prompt response."

The villa was further away from the main area of San Marino than expected. As we did not have a car, we were reliant on a taxi, which worked out very expensive. There were a few items in the sink which looked as if intended to be washed up but forgotten. We struggled with sorting out the TV and also finding the right adapter for our chargers and could not find a familiar kettle. These were little things but frustrating after a long journey. It would have been helpful to have an information booklet to explain some of these things so we did not have to keep asking our host.

"The location was very good not to far from the centre. The apartment was spacious very cozy and comfortable.The architecture of the building was very nice.It had everything we needed,the kitchen was very rich in utensils.Great experience overall."

"Its a quite place. All of their staffs are too nice and helpful. The resort is just walking distance from the town centre or the ski. There was an unexpected party during of of our dinner which elevated our experience to the next level. Overall it was really good place and we were all happy."

The 3rd bedroom is a small room just enough to place a single bed. There was only one common bathroom for a 2.5 bed cottage which was quite frustrating.

"Căn hộ rất rộng, khu sinh hoạt chung rất phù hợp để tụ tập tự nấu ăn, ăn uống với nhau. Cảnh quan xung quanh rất đẹp, có xe chở đi, và được sử dụng nhiều dịch vụ khác trong khu. Có vài trang thiết bị hơi cũ, đã xuống cấp nhưng cũng đã được xử lý và vệ sinh tốt."

Không hỗ trợ đặt giường phụ (có nhưng tính phí), cảm thấy không hợp lý lắm vì không gian chung rất rộng mà kh thể ở thêm người.

"The host -Dumisa was very friendly and even though we had issues at the boarder he waited for us to arrive very late at night and escorted us to the place. The house was spacious, clean and good value for money."

There was no parking available at our arrival. We didn't knew it needed to be reserved in advance. But very helpful staff helped resolve this small problem pretty fast.

"Getting to the island was a mission, the ferries go when the ferries go! Nice welcome on arrival and excellent diving. Clean and comfortable room. Lovely to be away from the internet."

Minor things, although the food tasted nice it could have been warmer and in our room it needed the gaps filling around the windows and doors to stop the mozzies.
