"Well appointed and spacious apartment with everything we needed. Interior finishings were nice and had a lot of character. Check in and out was well organized and host was lovely."
"The apartment is close to everything but the neighbourhood is not especially walkable. Can be a bit of a trek to buy any essentials."

"Not really negatives, but the apartment could be described as faded glory with a few interesting quirks. For the money, there is nothing really to complain about. Landlady only spoke Russian, but we communicated ok using translation apps. Perhaps 800m from nearest Metro, we used Yandex app (like Uber) to get around cheaply and efficiently.. Two beds, one had hard mattress, the other was softer."

"Peaceful environment, especially chirming of birds in the morning. The owner came outside for just a toothbrush, which we forgot; we were amazed by this humility. Most Importantly, without my explicit request, Dianna shared a PDF of registration, which is required for every night spent in Uzbekistan."
"It wasn't easy to reach to the location, there was no signboard outside, and I had to take rounds and wander for 15 minutes, as a non-Uzbek/Russian speaking international tourist, it was something not expected."

"The hotel is surrounded by greenery and offers a calm, relaxing atmosphere. It is about a 12–15 minute walk to the main road, where you can find supermarkets, fast-food outlets, and various restaurants. The TV Tower is also within walking distance, just over 20 minutes away. All staff members were warm, approachable, and efficient, which greatly enhanced the overall experience."

"Beautiful location and a more friendly owner is hard to find! Shodman ate dinner with us, told us about the area, took us on a fantastic hike and helped organize our trip back to Samarkand. The food was among the better we had in Uzbekistan."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this guesthouse in the mountains. The family who run it were so kind to us, and cooked us delicious dinners (including catering very well to my vegetarianism). The location is perfect for walks in the mountains and valleys nearby. The accommodation is as to be expected for a mountain guesthouse: cosy but basic."

"We had the best time ever! The family is very kind and fun, we played volleyball with the kids and felt right at home. The rooms are cozy and private. The mountain view is also a plus. The mum cooks all the meals and is an incredible cook. The variety of the meals is remarkable! We definitely recommend it and cant wait to go back! They also took care of every activity we wanted to do. We already miss it!"

"The family were very welcoming. The horse riding they organised was fabulous, one of the highlights of our entire holiday in Uzbekistan. Hiking opportunities straight from the door or just some time chilling in a very relaxed atmosphere . Home cooked rustic food was really nice and plentiful. We were lucky enough to be joined by the family to eat dinner on two of our 3 night stay, the last night was too cold for them to sit out though. Breakfast was great too. The showers in the guest block are very good ( but the right hand one doesn’t drain well)"
"We enjoyed the stay at the guest house. We stayed 2 nights but would have loved to stay longer to enjoy the calm environment. The manager helps to organize trips, which we appreciated. In general Ruslan (the manager) was very friendly and making sure that all our needs are met during the stay. The food was good and the rooms spacious and clean."
