"Everything, this place is extraordinary, the rooms are great, the pool is great. Lovely breakfast. We stayed 5 days and absolutely loved it. The owner is fantastic, we spent a few evenings with him discussing and his parents are amazing too. There is a lovely bonsai collection. Really highly recommend the place."

"Очень уютное место! Чисто зелено и красиво ! Современные номера со всем необходимым, как будто с террасой и с выходом к личному бассейну. Кухня как дома - все в нашем распоряжении ; фильтр с питьевой водой на кухне ; чай; кофе можно попить в любой момент ! Вода в бассейне очень освежает: мы были 15 октября- казалось бы середина осени; но мы отлично позагорали и окунались в чистейший бассейн! Рядом много магазинчиков ; можно заказать еду; холодильник, посуда и приборы - все есть! Во дворе замечательна беседка с подсветкой ! А собака Бетти просто очаровательная и ласковая- весь день на отходила от нас ( только громко храпела 😂🦮. Спасибо огромное Акмалю за чудесный отдых ( мы даже задержались больше положенного отдыха)! Обязательно вернемся!"

"This is a family owned, small and a cozy holiday home. It’s extremely well maintained, super welcoming and the hosts are absolutely delightful. Great ambiance. The breakfast, although set menu, was better than most of the buffets I’ve been to. Delicious home made food. Hospitality was exceptional and they made every effort to make us feel at home. Certainly recommend this place without any hesitation and can’t wait to visit again. Also, there’s a great bonsai collection and a lot of nice spots to relax, sun bathe, read etc. Not very far from the Tashkent city so it’s quite convenient as well. Simply my best stay in Uzbekistan so far."

"Ребятки кайф! Молодцы ✨ Только построились, новый отель. Да, есть еще рабочие строительные моменты, но я обожаю стиль минимализма + дерево. Панорамные окна, бассейн, дружелюбный хозяин и догфрендли, что самое главное) я была с собакой, без проблем пустили, на территории нас тоже ждала хозяйская собака. В общем советую 100%. Была приятно удивлена увидеть в Узбекистане такие аппараты :) Процветания вам 🫂"

"The property is located at a stones throw from the most famous landmark of samarkand- Registan square. The apartment is newly renovated. The host has paid attention to the minutest of the details that the guests might need ranging from thread and needle, scissors , ear buds to the kitchen utensils and detergents. Plenty of bed linens, bath linens provided , hand towels provided for guests comfort. The host was very specific and clear in her communication and was always available on messages. Was really sad that we couldnt meet her in person. The location is perfect to explore old samarkand on foot. Plenty of eateries / small grocery markets around and we used to walk every night to the university boulevard which had a really cosy and contemporary restaurant called Cafe Sogdiana which catered to our vegeterian tastebuds very well. The same cafe has a relatively small set up for desserts, coffee, wafflles and gelatos right in the registan square campus as well."

"I had a great stay at this apartment! The location is excellent — close to a mall, a beautiful park, and many good restaurants. The apartment itself is very comfortable and cozy, located on the 31st floor with amazing views. It’s perfect for 2–3 people. The interior design is stylish and well thought out, and everything you need is provided. The host was very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended!"

"Расположение отличное,. Закрытый двор с охраной, можно отпускать детей во двор поиграть самостоятельно. Квартира чистая и очень уютная, вся техника работает отлично, хозяйка отзывчивая и доброжелательная. Очень рекомендую т.к. уже был опыт аренды апартаментов в этом районе, однозначно это отличный вариант . Нас было 2 взрослых и 2 детей. Остались довольны и приедем снова."
