"Totul a fost peste așteptări,curățenia în camera de nota 10,băuturile de calitate ,mâncare pe gustul fiecăruia ,este imposibil sa nu găsești sa mănânci ceva ,plaja ok , intrarea în apa pe o porțiune mica are pietricele dar după este nisip. Seara sunt diferite evenimente și pe zi tot felul de activități."

"La plaja si la piscina cu greu gaseai sezlong liber (erau puse prosoape pe ele, cu toate ca nu erau folosite de nimeni...). Apa in piscina cam rece. Localizarea hotelului..."

"Mancarea delicioasa, multe sortimente nu ai cum sa nu găsești ceva pe plac. In fiecare seara meniuri diferite. Cofetaria, gozleme, pizza, burger etc etc. Curatenie se face zilnic. Camera spatioasa cu balcon dragut. Dudu de la cafea super de treaba si face cafeaua delicioasa! Experienta spa, hamam nu trebuie ratata(foarte curat recomand) Cel mai bun masaj Gulmira si doamna Margarita de la recepție foarte de ajutor. Piscina pentru copii mici putin rece. Plaja este cu pietricele ceea ce poate fi putin deranjant si apa foarte adanca nu recomand pt copii. Spectacole minidisco pentru copii distractiv. Spectacole diferite in fiecare seara. Entertainment atat pentru adulți cat si pentru copii super fain. Petrecere cu spuma la piscina si diverse activitati nu te plictisesti deloc. Miss si Mr County foarte distractiv si prezentatorul foarte amuzant."

"Oaspeții lasă de dorit. De fapt eu cu familia fiind europeni și fără să jignim....dar cei din zona arabă foarte needucati și fără respect. Nu vreau să zic mai multe...dar cu un copil mic a fost mai greu cu copiii din zona arabă și turci. Jucăriile copilului dispăreau, unele apăreau a doua zi, altele deloc. Jucăriile se lua fără a cere voie. Disconfort deoarece copilul nostru începea să plângă."

"We had a fantastic stay! The location was excellent, and the food and drinks were top-notch. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited for a family getaway with kids. A special thank you to the Kids Club team - you made our trip even more enjoyable!"

"One important note: please take a look at the black tiles outside the Kids Club - they get extremely hot in the sun and could potentially burn children’s feet. It would be much safer to replace them with a more suitable, heat-resistant material."

"There was quite at night, wiretapping between was not good as in all other hotels as well. I like easy access to the beach, daily change room drinks and cleaning service. I liked that hotel stuff tried to help if needed. The restaurant is fine especially variety of meet."

"We weren't impressed with the kids' club activity program. Although the staff seemed busy, many activities appeared boring, and they didn't seem engaged with the kids during free playtime. There were no toys available for younger children (<2 years old). The staff struggled to communicate with kids who spoke mostly Russian and German, although they could manage basic conversations in Russian. We didn't notice a strong connection between the kids and teachers. Late April is an excellent time to visit the resort if you prefer fewer crowds in the restaurants. However, from May 1-11, it was challenging to find seats during peak hours. Fortunately, each meal lasted around 2 hours, and the restaurant is spacious, with plenty of outdoor seating. The food was disappointing, with many dishes being overly salty, sweet, or spicy. Some salads had unusual ingredients and vegetable combinations. Although we weren't particularly hungry, we often opted for familiar dishes from previous days. The outdoor music was loud, similar to other 5-star hotels in Belek."

"The presence of the cat in the restaurant was very annoying My wife is very afraid of cats and this has become a problem for us"

"We generally enjoyed the stay, ordinary AI options, nice beach. Surprisingly, people tend to complain on children being loud - those might really need to reconsider if they can’t take it. We found no issues at all."
