"In the first day of arrival, there were no towels in the room, only hand towels, but the second day I asked at the reception and the staff was very nice and responded immediately to my request. There is no posibility of connecting to the hotel wifi.(I could rather find connection to nearby cafes/restaurants) The room was at the 4th floor and had no connection at all, only full connection at the groundfloor while having breakfast. I had to wait for hot water more than 5 minutes to have a bath, which is not normal for a 4 star hotel. For a 4 star hotel actually my expectations were higher related to the overall room (e.g shower, furniture..), but unfortunately they weren’t as expected."
