"Located in good residential area of sousse. Plenty of options within walking distance. D&S supermarket just opposite the building, small cafes right next to it. Medium-end restaurants and cafes are about 5 mins walk. Taxis to sousse town/Medina would cost TND 5 or it's 40 mins walk. The area is safe and well lit and it's pleasant to walk around."
