"Firstly, the staff - they were exceptional. The location was great with snorkelling on a reef just off the beach. We were there for 5 nights and the food was very good (except for one meal which was just average). Rooms were spacious and not too close together."

The beach for swimming could be better.

"The hotel is great and in an amazing location which is right inside the airport. Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. They provided free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus."

The pool could do with a bit of cleaning.

주변에 식당이없다보니 골드카드로 갔는데 식사를 그나마 괜찮은건 마젤란이었는데 3박동안 가려니 너무 질리더라구요 사이판pic처럼 좀더 다양한 레스토랑이 있었으면 좋겠어요

"Great snorkelling around the over water bungalows, lots of turtles feeding on the seagrass. Beautiful location, so relaxing. Beach access bungalows are very nice, newly renovated, comfy bed. Pool was awesome. Appreciated the sea bird conservation in the island. I actually loved the sounds of the Puffin de Pacifique birds at night - I thought it was a child crying at first lol… bungalows have earplugs, luckily! Complimentary buffet breakfast was good. Got a generous late check out, service was really good from the boat to the front desk to the restaurant and bar. Everyone speaks a very high level of English, not sure where the negative comments about staff come from - they were the best I experienced in NC by far."

It’s an expensive buffet dinner (around $80aud) but the choices were really good, esp the fresh seafood and all the desserts. It’s just not worth it if you don’t eat huge dinners. Order à la carte options instead, but nice to try the buffet just once. Consider BYO noodles and alcohol if you want to save money, buying food and drinks from the restaurant and bar adds up quick. Would have been good to be able to lock/unlock the back beach access door from outside with a key.

"Mi a plăcut aerul de hotel colonial și personalul amabil sa ajute la orice problema..micul dejun a fost unul delicios și cel mai important diferit în fiecare zi.. Am fost preluați de la aeroport și ajutați sa inchiriem mașină ce ne a ajutat mult sa ne simțim confortabil. Recomand!"

Nu mi a plăcut în camera mirosul de vechi care cu siguranță ar aduce un plus dacă s ar rezolva problema având în vedere ca personalul este exemplar la curățenie iar lenjeria la fel curată!

"Everything was amazing! The owners take great pride in their new property and hospitality. We felt super welcomed and honestly spoilt! The room was beautiful with proper linens, thick towels and a hot shower!! The food was delicious - we tried pretty much everything in the menu. Great variety and portions. Lovely place to hang and relax by the pool or take a kayak to the nearby village and mangroves. This was our favourite stay on a 6 week trip and recommend to anyone staying in the area!! All the best to these wonderful hosts!! Xo"

W pokoju dwuosobowym byla jedna butelka wody, jeden recznik , jedna koldra.Ale bylismy tylko jedna noc , dlatego nie bylo to az tak uciazliwe, podejrzewam pomylke przy zameldowaniu

"A fost curat, se facea zilnic curatenie, personalul e foarte amabil sa te ajute in orice si cu zambetul pe buze, micul dejun bun, locatie pe plaja, camerele au un balcon cu un view minunat la ocean.Felicitari personalului!"

Nu mi a placut plaja care era plina de pietre fara papuci de apa e greu sa intri, probabil pt cei ce fac snorkeling e un plus, pt noi nu a fost. Iar la cina, mi ar fi placut sa fie ceva mai diversificat. Check aut ul nu a fost posibil contra cost era 100 euro (au zis ca nu se poate,) dar ne a oferit o camera cu baie pt dus la 25 dolari pt a face check autul mai târziu, la ora 18. Si un alt minus, nu exista market doar la 2 km.

The cocktails. Mocktails were just juices mixed together. Cocktails were alcohol simply mixed with juices, which did not blend well. All you tasted was the alcohol. Ended up drinking Coca Cola and juice mostly. Cocktails are meant to be tasty and enjoyable. Those were nowhere close.

"Absolutely fabulous resort in a spectacular location. Every staff member was welcoming and helpful. Special shout out to Sala, Shadow, and Papu! But really, everyone was great."

Nothing to not like.

"The stuff was very friendly, checking all the time if we need anything extra or providing guidance if we needed some tips about the island. The room was very nice, with everything we needed, including in the kitchen. Highly recommended!"

The mosquitoes at the pool ☺️. There is nothing we can think of that we didn’t like about the accommodation.

"I truly loved it! It was the perfect getaway on the island. Feels secluded away from the high rise hotel area. The view is breathtaking. The staff is simply the loveliest group of people. Extremely helpful, kind and hospitable. The path at the front of the hotel is perfect for a sunset or sunrise run/walk. The blend with nature is truly top! I loved it"

Getting to the resort was a bit of a trip, not a long trip, but a trip through the rough parts of the town, very different.

"Das Zimmer war überraschend groß und modern eingerichtet – man merkt sofort, dass alles neu ist. Besonders schön: die tolle Ausstattung mit Espresso-Maschine und kostenlosem Kaffee. Auch das Bad war sehr geräumig und hochwertig gestaltet. Über die Terrasse mit eigenem Strandkorb hatte man einen wunderbaren Blick Richtung Bodden – perfekt, um abends den Tag ausklingen zu lassen"

Das Zimmer ließ sich trotz der Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten nur bedingt abdunkeln, da durch die Milchglastür früh Tageslicht hereinkam. Bei der Ankunft war es zudem recht staubig, was etwas den ersten Eindruck trübte. Außerdem war der Kaffeeweißer aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit auf der Insel hart geworden.

I needed to ask a couple of times in 1 day to clean my room. When I checked in and went for a swim, the guard asked me where my swimming pool wristband was. I had not received one, so I had to leave the pool to get it :(

"Due to another group booking received a free upgrade to an entire private bungalow. Staff and service was professional and friendly throughout. Rooms were spacious, exceptionally clean (cleaning staff deserve a bonus!), and beds comfortable. Included riding tour was a pleasant surprise and really enjoyable, highly recommended. The whole setup as a non-profit for the benefit of the community is commendable. I strongly recommend staying here!"

"I had the most wonderful stay! The island was so incredibly picturesque, my chalet dreamy, the food phenomenal and Annarine and Rodney were absolutely gems! I felt so very safe and well minded. The wifi in the restaurant was top notch. Will definitely be back again soon! 🩷"

"The property is very welcoming, with professional and helpful staff. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which I really appreciated. The swimming pool was closed for two days, but the hotel kindly removed the related charges. At breakfast, I would suggest adding kiwi and avocado, which I personally missed. The beach, gym, leisure facilities, and overall atmosphere are beautiful and relaxing. The sea is simply stunning! 🌊"

Do not expect new rooms, rooms are old but price is expected and service level is very high And also is good to have local money

Curățenia lasă de dorit, păianjeni imenși în toate colțurile prosoapele vechi care te zgârie efectiv. Proprietățile seamănă foarte mult între ele de acea mulți greșesc și încearcă deschidă ușa un sentiment nu prea plăcut care s-a petrecut de mai multe ori intr o noapte, pentru cei mai prietentiosi cu somnul nu recomand, noaptea este foarte multă gălăgie fiind un resort mare sunt mulți turiști care se întorc la cazare în anumite ore târzii ale nopții și fac foarte mult gălăgie.
