"Staff are friendly and helpful, and our room was good. The environment is beautiful, and we love the Rossmund golf estate."

There seems to be a lack of management oversight, with some areas for improvement. For example, one of the bath mats which was in place in front of the shower had holes in it - which really shouldn't happen. And there is a need for a "refresh" of the the rooms.

"Mr. Emad and his team is very polite and respectful & efficient also when I reached there the room was not ready at the check-in time but he arrange and ready the room with in half hour."

Due to Eid holiday the room was not ready & clean at check in time.

Bucatele la restaurant au fost relativ bune... Risotto cu ton a fost foarte sărat așa că a trebuit să-l întoarcem și sangria a fost "apușoară"... *Recomandare către bucătar - să nu săreze apa/bulionul pentru risotto pentru că săratul va fi conferit de parmigiano... **Recomandare baristei - sa studieze receta de sangria si să refuze sa o facă altfel P.s. vinărie fără vin fiert în meniu în perioada de iarnă e straniu... (dezamăgit în acest sens )

You definitely need a car and we had difficulty hiring one.There was also no water on our last day. This is overcome by a back up system which needs to be turned on by staff who may not be on site till 10am

"The property is very welcoming, with professional and helpful staff. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which I really appreciated. The swimming pool was closed for two days, but the hotel kindly removed the related charges. At breakfast, I would suggest adding kiwi and avocado, which I personally missed. The beach, gym, leisure facilities, and overall atmosphere are beautiful and relaxing. The sea is simply stunning! 🌊"

The shower I used was really small.

Micul dejun a avut destul de putina diversitate, in special in ceea ce privește legumele si fructele proaspete. Baia si WC-ul necesita renovari profunde si urgente! Lipsesc total plasele de insecte (la geam baie si usa de la balcon)

"Mi a plăcut aerul de hotel colonial și personalul amabil sa ajute la orice problema..micul dejun a fost unul delicios și cel mai important diferit în fiecare zi.. Am fost preluați de la aeroport și ajutați sa inchiriem mașină ce ne a ajutat mult sa ne simțim confortabil. Recomand!"

Nu mi a plăcut în camera mirosul de vechi care cu siguranță ar aduce un plus dacă s ar rezolva problema având în vedere ca personalul este exemplar la curățenie iar lenjeria la fel curată!

"두번째방문인데 초4가되니까 즐길수있는 물놀이 액티비티가 다양해서 너무 만족스러웠어요 슬라이드, 포인트브레이크 등이 좋았구요 직원분, 클럽메이트 모두가 너무친절합니다!! 가족모두 즐겁게 놀다갑니다^^"

주변에 식당이없다보니 골드카드로 갔는데 식사를 그나마 괜찮은건 마젤란이었는데 3박동안 가려니 너무 질리더라구요 사이판pic처럼 좀더 다양한 레스토랑이 있었으면 좋겠어요

"I’m fond of fine dining but for a little fella from Tennessee I would have loved some bacon/ham, home fried potatoes and eggs. Maybe just a hash of some kind. And the menu, which was delicious, was limited. I love a good tuna sandwich, you provide one, but that’s more my cold cut for lunch rather than my breakfast to get started with."

Only things that you couldn’t have done anything about. But I will say that on our stay one of the employees walked by and asked about our day. When hearing about how sunburned we had gotten and wished for aloe a fresh cut cup came delivered while we were away. That’s not a compliment or a complaint. That’s above all expectation.
