"Pillows were too soft for me. No possibility to have a harder pillow. Without a problem got a second pillow. Parking expensive. Bit noisy at night (night live at Piotrkowska). Shouting children in the spa."

It is now of the highest standard - 5 stars! The basement spa and pool is amazing - I have never seen anything like it anywhere else. "A perfect hotel. The building is a modern restoration and upgrade of a 19th-century hotel, ideally placed on Piotrkowska Street. Spacious, sleek, and elegant without being flashy. I especially liked the generous use of different stone finishes. The best spa facilities I’ve ever seen. An exceptional wet bath and swimming pool, fully clad in marble. Staff were outstanding — helpful, engaged, and genuinely kind, without the scripted corporate chatter. We felt truly cared for. And there was even a decent vegan breakfast option. Uheard of."
