"the front office staff were friendly and helpful, the house keeping attendents were also friendly and helpful, the Cafe' 411 staff were also friendly and helpful - great customer service and the food was delicious. my wife and i enjoyed our stay and our kids also loved the place and our stay. we are planning to do more long weekend stays on our next visits to Lae."

"Liked · A nice hotel in a good location. Especially the staff (greetings to Joseph, Simon, Sonic, Peter and the rest) are nice and helpful. The restaurant serves European food with an Australian theme, so very fatty, for that it has a great view of the bay. The rooms are clean and well maintained and the hotel itself is gated with security. he continental style breakfast was surprisingly good, and there was plenty of choice"

"I loved the deluxe rooms and two queen size beds. The separate living room gave privacy. Especially when doing work, it was easy to separate family members from work commitments but at the same time I could listen to conversations and be part of the family discussions. Love the gym on the first floor. The Hotel is conveniently located in top Town and hence, we had easy access to supermarkets, banks, markets, public transportation, police, hospitals, main wharf, etc. Had a pleased experience in Hotel Morobe and I would definitely go back there when I next visit Lae."
"It seems the hotel was squashed up in a small Allotment and the carpark was too small. When there was a big gathering at the Restaurant there was not enough space. More carpark spaces and another alternate coffee shop is recommended"
