"The accommodation was neat and clean and the host had spared no expenses to provide us with all facilities within the apartment including linen, toiletries and a fully functional kitchen. The apartment was just 3 mins away from the pool. Our kids loved the apartment."

"An authentic beautifully renovated Omani house right opposite the castle. Staff are friendly and very welcoming. Our bed was very comfortable and breakfast very good. Up the hill just by the hotel there is a military fort, café and restaurant to sit and admire the breathtaking view and watch the sunset."

"We stayed at Bait Baityn for two nights and enjoyed it very much. It's the perfect place to stay at and relax in the beautiful village of Misfat Al Abriyeen. It's a traditional house with a really nice rooftop, where breakfast and dinner are served. Our room was comfortable and spacious. A big thanks to Ahmad and Ahmad, who both made our stay really special. To respect the locals, we suggest parking outside of the old village and taking a backpack with the overnight essentials - instead of driving right to the end of the road and clogging everything (as unfortunately many other tourists did)."

"The studio was a good place to stay for a few days around Salalah. We hadn't appreciated the number of facilities available at the resort (swimming pool, beach, restaurants etc). We didn't utilise these ourselves as we had plans to visit other places around Salalah during our 3 night stay. But for those who prefer to stay 'local' , this accommodation has plenty of facilities on your doorstep too! The owner was very responsive to messages when we had queries about the accommodation. We also saw dolphins swimming off the coast from the resort which was a highlight for us!!!"

"We enjoyed the stay here. The host is uncomplicated with clear instructions on how to find the house and the keys. Restaurant tip was good and the hiking path is nearby. Currently they are building a house next door which gives some noise. But the workers are very friendly."

"So we were unsure whether to book this or not because of the reviews here, but took the risk! The property was absolute AMAZING, the location was perfect, but the staff were unbelievable! I mentioned it’s one of our friends birthdays and he went out to FILL the villa with balloons, decorations, birthday cake, candy, and lots of other fun things for when we arrived! We all arrived at awkward timings but he made sure to meet us super early to check in. He arranged a chef to cook us a bbq, constantly made sure we were well looked after, the villa is amazing, clean, comfortable, awesome cinema room, the pool and jacuzzi were amazing, and there’s a steam room! Huge villa but still very homely feeling, 100% recommend and we will definitely be back soon! Again thank you so much to the staff for making sure we were well looked after and going above and beyond at every stage! You were awesome !"
