"Everything else is just perfect. The villa is as good as new, it's very well furnished with a classy style, cozy and comfortable, all the details of a home is there. I loved the stay. The location is magical. I parked my car near the villa and I walked around Hawana Salalah in my 5 day stay. It's 15 minutes walk to the beach, all the restaurants, cafés and bars are walking distance, and one can rent a toktok or hop on the electrical cars. The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook yourself, the cutlery is beautiful."

One thing and only one thing I didn't like, which was the WiFi connection, apparently the owner had to activate the service on a daily basis, so the service would stop working and I had to message the owner office and then wait for it to be activated, it happened 3 times in my 5 day stay, the wait was 30 minutes to 1 hour each. It bothered me a little bit because it's the time I needed the connection.

"Clean, quiet and comfortable, well situated for touring around Jebel Akhdar. Lovely outside space and outdoor kitchen area, perfect for managing during Ramadan. Very responsive host, allowed early check in which was great. 1 minute drive to sevwral good local restaurants and shops."

"Amazing Vila with 3 ensuite bedrooms, large living room and kitchen equipped with everything you need. There is a lovely swimming pool and the Vila is right next to Rotana hotel and restaurants. You can get free access to Sandyz beach. The owner was very responsive and provided additional towels and info. We will visit again."

"We had a great stay here! The room was well cleaned and the food that we got in the evening and morning was really great! Very close to do the hike in the morning. Our kids enjoyed it a lot! Also happy about the heating we could use in the evening. The owner reacted very fast when we needed something and also told us to take the time for the check out."
