"1. SPA services are very overpriced and nobody uses then, even with a 25% discount for guests it’s $75 for a 2-hour Thai massage 2. Laundry service is not fast, if you ask for laundry after 10 AM you’ll only get your clothes next day afternoon, could be faster I faced the same issues in other Yangon hotels too, so unfortunately I think it’s a common problem. If SPA prices would be more reasonable, at least $40 for 2-hour massage, me and other guests would love to spend some money there!"

"I loved the view of Shwedagon from my room. The reception staff especially July and Ko Toe made sure my check out was quick and easy. The bell boy Zin Min went above and beyond to locate my sunglasses.Yee yee from housekeeping was also very polite and helpful. I had an issue with hot water running low later in the day, but it was resolved very promptly. The customer service at this hotel is wonderful. Its rare to find this level of care and support."
