"An absolutely perfect stay in SR! ❤️Rooms-the hotel is beautiful to look at with stunning statues around the property. The rooms are huge, clean and they have BLOCKOUT curtains! So you don’t get woken at 6am because everything is so bright! And the place is QUIET!❤️ there’s NO roosters!!!NO barking dogs!!! NO karaoke!! You could actually sleep! The hot water was good, the a/v was good. Had a fridge which is excellent!!! Remember this is SEA-so the rooms are full of mosquitos-but a spray from the corner store and spray the room before settling in. ❤️Pool-lovely clean and very very relaxing! ❤️Food-food was ok. Free breakfast was appreciated. ❤️ Staff-So helpful, lovely and genuine!!!! They were able to help with everything! Also they speak English well."

"Everything was fine!!! Only issue I ever had was SELFISH LOUD FOREIGNERS parting in the pool till late!!! These people think they’re the only people in the world-everyone else was trying to sleep, but these guys stayed up blasting music and screeching. Thankfully management asked them to turn the music down 🙏"

"Everything about this hotel was fantastic. The staff is very welcoming and helpful, and the property is kept very clean. We loved the big, bungalow-style rooms and the nice swimming pool. It’s located right near the city centre but is still very quiet. The food was delicious, too! We loved it so much we even extended our stay by two extra nights. Thank you for having us!"

"Chilled vibe, just out of the hustle and bustle of the city. The room was large, airy and very clean. Staff were helpful, arranged bicycle hire for us and we hired a scooter directly from reception, so very easy. Use the grab app for cheap rides into town or the park."

"The sun loungers need new pads as they were a little tired, but I'm being picky. Also note the pool area is surrounded by trees, which you'll be thankful for. This means the leaves and petals fall constantly, the staff do a great job of keeping it clean and tidy, don't think it's not clean just because of this."

"When we checked in there was dead flys all over the bed, the lady said it was where the cleaner had sprayed and they had died she then just sweeped then away with a brush and did not changed the covers. Ended up having to pay a parking fine as they didn’t explain we couldn’t park for the food market and then made us pay a fine to the motorbike company they rent off because THEY didn’t get us a receipt or any documents that we rents the bike from them. Very bad service. Was not our fault so they should have paid the fine. They didn’t have any money in the till so couldn’t changed money. Had a few problems and they couldn’t really help because they didn’t speak English."

"At Prana Hotel, I appreciated the kindness and honesty of the staff. They were welcoming, polite, and helpful during my stay. The hotel itself shows some signs of wear and could benefit from some renovation, but the attitude and professionalism of the people working there make the stay pleasant. Their friendliness and sincerity were noticeable and contributed positively to the overall experience."

"What I did not particularly appreciate: although the room was clean, it was quite worn and showed clear signs of damage and aging. The air conditioning did not work very well, which made the room less comfortable, especially considering the local climate. There was no refrigerator in the room, which may be inconvenient for some travelers. In the bathroom, the water was not really hot and the shower took a long time to drain, producing a noticeable suction noise. During the night, several dogs in the street were fighting and barking quite loudly, which unfortunately made it difficult to sleep. The breakfast was also quite simple and not particularly good compared to what can usually be found. Only one small 30 cl bottle of water was provided in the room, which felt a bit limited. I only stayed one night and, for one night, it did the job with some difficulty. That said, it is also possible that I was given one of the least pleasant rooms in the hotel, which can always happen."

"The location was out of the way, just 5-10 minutes in a tuk-tuk to the heart of the city. neither very convenient or inconvenient. Overall it meant that you could have a quiet undisturbed sleep. I liked it all, the pool was perfect, nice and cool on a hot day. The on-site facilities and food was good (obviously a slight premium was paid for eating in the hotel. They had a rack of books so you could entertain yourself. Staff extremely welcoming and helpful"
