"The staff are incredible. Absolutely professional, friendly, and will go above and beyond to ensure you have a pleasant stay. The senior manager who has been with the Hotel for several years is a standout - I've come to consider him a friend. The facilities are fantastic. Comfortable beds in very spacious rooms with good smart TVs and AC. The sauna is great to relax in at night, along with a weight room that is perfectly acceptable for even advanced lifting."
"An expanded mini-bar would be a good idea. Although it's nice, more of a selection of food and drinks that could be payable upon leaving would be a great addition."

"The room was large and spacious. Super clean. Had everything we needed. Everything was close by S21 was down the road walking distance. The staff were amazing,very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again"

"Super friendly staff throughout our stay. Very modern and clean hotel, in a great location. Close enough to restaurant, convenience stores and some markets but only a short tuk Tuk ride for anything further. Gorgeous rooftop swimming pool. Would definitely stay again!"
"Nothing we didn't like, my only constructive criticism is that the frying pan wasn't non stick so was really difficult to cook anything and no oil provided. There was also no tea towel provided, and you couldn't buy laundry tablets from them but there is a shop over the road where you can buy some. A microwave and toaster would also be very very useful instead of a rice cooker but that's just my opinion. The shower floor gets soaking when you have a shower too but we have come to realise that this has been the same in most hotels we've stayed in during Cambodia/Vietnam so just something I'm not used to."
