Hotelul Derby oferă spațiu de parcare gratuită în aer liber, Wi-Fi gratuit, un centru wellness cu plată, dotat cu saună finlandeză, baie turcească, vitarium, cameră cu sare de Himalaya, bancă încălzită, zonă de relaxare cu paturi și zonă de ceai din plante. Proprietatea oferă și un centru spațiu de relaxare natural extern, cu saună tip butoi și cadă cu hidromasaj. Proprietatea se află la 5 km de Dimaro și are un univers culinar specializat în bucătăria națională. Camerele oferă TV LCD. Camerele de la Derby sunt dotate cu parchet și baie privată cu duș. Unele camere spațioase au tavane cu grinzi de lemn aparente. Micul dejun este un bufet dulce și sărat, cu cereale, prăjituri, biscuiți, brânză, marmeladă, iaurt, suc și croissante. Restaurantul este deschis și pentru prânz și organizează o cină cu preparate tipice din Trentino o dată pe săptămână. În timpul verii, vă puteți relaxa pe terasa la soare sau în grădină, care are loc de joacă. Un miniclub pentru copii este disponibil pe tot parcursul anului. Există legături de autobuz la/de la pensiune și gara Dimaro, de pe linia ferată Trento Malè. Un garaj privat se află la 150 de metri distanță.
