"Hosts are very friendly. The location is sublime. The place is an extension to an existing home but it is completely separate and quiet. Underfloor heating was a bonus as the weather was brutal this time of year."

"Spacious , well designed property with a touch of class set in a beautiful garden from which, on a good day, you can glimpse the Fastnet light, and see it flash at night. Airy, modern and well equipped kitchen overlooking patio and garden. Large bedroom with comfortable bed - appreciated the single duvets. Large bathroom/wet room with effective shower. Comfortable lounge with amazing bookcase. Perfect as a “hideaway” or for visiting Mizen head and local beaches. Small shop in Goleen for basics; good pub food and restaurant in village too."
"Not so much dislikes as observations: while this suited us perfectly it is a half hour drive to get off the peninsula to visit other parts of Kerry or Cork. Would have appreciated some extra clothes storage in the bedroom."

"Location could not be better, near to Schull, Mizen and Barley Cove and walking distance to the beautiful Ballyrisode Beach. Very well equipped kitchen. Bedroom and bathroom was spacious and clean. Host was friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend."

"The property was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and warm. The host was very friendly and welcoming. It was beautifully decorated and it was really nice to be able to avail of a fully stocked and interesting bookcase. This was a lovely place to stay with lovely grounds and a lovely feeling of being away in the middle of nowhere. There was also easy access to the beach and it was close to Goleen, Crookhaven, the Mizen and Schull."
"I couldn't get the WIFI to work but must admit that I didn't contact the host about this while I was at the property and should have. The cooking facilities were good and the combined microwave/electric oven was very easy to use. The induction hob wasn't working very well however."

"Cosy one bed apartment in a great location in Wexford town. I came home for Christmas for a few days, and this was perfect for my boyfriend and I. The hosts were super responsive, accommodating with early check in, I really felt at home here. It was so convenient to have the kitchen when travelling! They offered free toiletries (nothing fancy!), free bottle of water and a white wine, which was perfect for us. Fresh bedding and towels with extras available."
