Located in the historic centre of Split, Villa Kate is only 300 metres away from the UNESCO-protected Diocletian's Palace and the Riva Promenade. Housed in a traditional stone house, it offers self-catering accommodation with free Wi-Fi. All rooms are decorațieated with stone wall elements with a dining area and a private bathroom with a hairdryer. Air conditioning and a TV are provided in each unit. Guests can easily explore Split’s vibrant centre with numerous bistros, bars and shops or relax at the sandy Bačvice Beach, which is only 600 metres away. The Main Train and Bus Station, as well as Split Ferry Port are at a distance of 400 metres. Split Airport is 25 km away and a pick-up can be organised upon request. Free public parking is possible at a location nearby.

"The villa was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We found the room and bathroom to be spacious and renovated. The location was quiet but still an easy 10 minute walk to the old town. Communication regarding check-in was excellent with useful photos to help us find our way. We really enjoyed our stay."

"The location was excellent. 7 minutes walk to the very centre of old town. Lots of grocery stores and bakeries around. The contact with the owner was really fast and pleasant. We were offered a transport from and to the airport and we could store our luggage for a few hours before the departure. The apartment is equipped with a fridge and a kettle, so we could prepare breakfast ourselves. You need to buy paper plates and cutlery though, as there are none in the house, but that's an easy thing to do with many shops around. The flat was clean and cosy, warm blanket, comfy bed, and everything you need for a 3-day-long stay. We will definitely be back. :)"

"Room was well situated and the distance from the town is great you can walk to supper every evening easily but have a quiet night sleep. Bed is large and comfortable and the air conditioning was perfect after a long hot day walking around the sights."
"There was a funny smell in the bathroom, probably the drains and clearly something that the owner would have no control over. Other than that the property was spotless and very clean. Parking is tricky and not for the faint hearted."

"Villa Kate was very well located in a quieter part of the old city which was loverly. The local restaurant was also very good and a short 20m walk. The unit was new and modern inside with all the facilities needed for a few days. Highly recommended."
