"Personalul extrem de sociabil și plăcut. Curățenie , prosoape schimbate zilnic, ca și hotel nimic de reproșat."

"The property is located very convenient, close to the seaside, main bus station and historical sightseeing. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they assisted us with the luggage and provided recommendations on what to see in the city. We had rather nice dinner when arrived in the evening, and the breakfast next day was also nice and diverse."

"There was a bit of strange smell in the room, and we had to keep windows closed due to rather noisy street and a restaurant nearby."

"We were upgraded to the hotel so this rating is for the hotel not the annex. Good sized room with a very comfortable bed, and good bathroom. We had two chairs and table in addition to the bed. I appreciated the kettle for making tea. The hotel has wellness area and pool that we didn’t use but looked very nice. Wide range of options at breakfast. Location- about 15 minutes to walk to the old city which i don’t mind. Also about 10 minutes walk to a large shopping centre."

"One of the receptionist was totally bored and said nothing but bare minimum, you had to keep asking questions to find out what you needed to know."
