If you want to eat out, Rynek42 and Nomo in town are great places, and the Kebab Inn just a few hundred metres up the road is a great takeaway."

I cannot praise this hotel enough, and most importantly, I cannot thank the hotel manager, Mr. Nurlan, enough for what he did for us. Mr. Nurlan was incredibly supportive and helpful in every possible way — not only inside the hotel, but even outside the hotel, assisting us with arrangements, guidance, and personal support that went far beyond his duties. His dedication, generosity, and genuine care are truly rare to find. Thanks to him, our stay was smooth, comfortable, and unforgettable. He turned our visit to Gabala into a perfect experience and set a new standard for what true hospitality means. This hotel is outstanding, but Mr. Nurlan is its greatest asset. "Une douce ambiance dès l'arrivée, une jolie chambre adorablement décorée pour la St Valentin, un personnel au petit soin sont là pour vous accueillir. La chambre est magnifique et je fais un petit feu dans le poêle pour notre plus grand plaisir. Une belle table au restaurant le soir, toujours dans une douce ambiance campagnarde et distinguée. Un séjour d'une nuit en tout point remarquable."

"Het meest beviel ons de rust en hygiëne. We aten ontbijt en diner in het hotel. Vantevoren konden we aangeven hoe laat we het wilden hebben en wat we wilden eten. De kok luisterde goed naar onze wensen. Verder is het personeel zeer behulpzaam en helpt wanneer nodig."

Eigenlijk viel niets echt tegen. Omdat het een nieuwe lokatie is, merk je dat de medewerkers nog wat onwennig zijn en moet je pro-actief zijn. Zo hadden we handdoeken en een kopje voor 1 persoon op de kamer terwijl we met zijn tweeën waren. Als je erom vraagt zorgen ze snel dat het wordt opgelost. Als je TV wil kijken, houd er rekening mee dat je alleen YouTube video's kunt bekijken 😀 De lokatie is gelegen op een zeer stil punt in Zomba en heeft geen buitenterras, dat zou nog wel fijn zijn. En, zoals je wel vaker tegenkomt in Malawi, het weggetje ernaartoe is een zandpad met stenen en kuilen, dus houd daar rekening mee.

"The people from the front desk are amazing, really helpful. They gave us towels for the beach, and beach chairs. They made our stay way better, including after checkout. The hotel has an almost private beach where they also gave us a beach umbrella, it was a paradise, all for us (we even saw manta rays). The location is perfect. Not far from the ferry, not far to nice beaches, not far from places to eat. The hotel is clean, nice rooms, nice bathrooms, they gave us complimentary waters and coffee in the room. Also, the hotel has a bar and a restaurant. At night it solved us having there something to eat having been all day out."

Everything in Turks and Caicos is expensive, and in North/Middle Caicos even more (that’s not the hotel). The restaurant of the hotel was good but expensive. It is a good alternative, even more if you don’t want to grab the car again, but I would check the prices before seating to see if they are ok for you.

"Breakfast was great. Location was excellent. Office staff were helpful especially the lady in charge. She was very helpful, efficient and very polite. Her approach was superb. Unfortunately didn't get her name but she is from Lomolomo village ."
