Mi-ar placea ca halatele de baie sa nu fie o marime unica.

"The hotel was absolutely amazing. Staff were extremely polite, very welcoming and super helpful! The spa was just perfect, it was clean, quiet and had everything that was needed for a comfortable time."

The quality of toileters should be better. The mini bar was empty and needed to ask for water at around 3:00 AM. Lastly, the price is a bit high.

The need for transportation if you wanted to go anywhere else.

"The room was spacious, clean and had a huge comfortable bed. The room also had amazing views of the sea, and islet de Gosier as well a cool terrace. Coffee facilities and air conditioning in the room. I loved the open air lounge/dining area too - very unique - the art exhibition added glamour! Then the private beach and pool was also a treat."

The beach area tables and lounges needs to be cleaned more regularly.

"The staff are wonderful and very consistent of disability. The restaurant is excellent with a large menu and reasonable prices. The Indian food is especially good. The surroundings are stunning. There is a farmers market there one Saturday a month"

The WiFi does not work!

"Simply I can fully trust them. We forgot our backpack in the shuttle bus and moved to San Pedro Island. Hotel staffs were so kind to arrange sending it to San Pedro, and we received it including all valuable goods like mobile phone! Thanks to all involved staff and appreciate their integrity."

The breakfast a bit poor

"Foarte aproape de centru, de restaurante bune, de statie bus, loc de parcare in fata hotelului ( contra cost)"

Micul dejun putea fii mai bun, iar salteaua prea moale pt mine. Dar per total am fost mulțumită de cazare.

The area is absolutely manic, the actual car park entrance was difficult to find, bar very limited, staff on bar seemed disinterested until we paid the bill and gave a tip which cheered her up.

"We loves the hotel in general. The rooms were well equipped, the food was super delicious, the portions were great. The staff was helpful and extraordinarily kind to small children."

We did not know that we should climd a lot of stairs in order to reach the restaurant. It was difficult for our parents.

There is no wardrobe in the room and no hand tissue was provided. The price was very expensive for the room No shuttle to pick up from the airport

"I have enjoyed staying at The Diplomat for decades. This is hotel life as it should be, which is probably why I keep going back. I enjoy a quiet meal with my family by the pool and do like to indulge in delicious food from all over the world. The staff are always friendly and extremely polite."

Work commitments forced an early departure.

"Everything about the Chatrium was superb. From the staff to the room, the location, the service and the overall welcome. It was truly superb"

There was nothing at all to fislike

"I had a really great stay here; the staff were friendly and helpful, my room was spacious and very comfortable; the breakfast buffet was tasty and varied and the two restaurants served excellent food. Despite the high quality and fact Kempinski is an international premium brand, the room rates and restaurant prices were very reasonable"

Please note the hotel is about a 30 minute walk from the main square and public taxis are very few. To get around, you need to have a Mongolian SIM to use the taxi apps, master the bus system, of hitchhike

Prices are very high, but the normal for French Guyana. Kourou is not a city for pedestrians. So, there is no good location - everything is far for a walk. By car, it is really close to the space center.

"I was able to book a room just before midnight of the same night (in the app it says 24 hours front desk). When I arrived, the doors were closed. I was able to call and they were able to open the doors after I woke them up and accommodated me but it's quite a surprise if it says 24 hours front desk and then it actually isn't..."

The food in the restaurant is ok but not the best and the waiters are slow. The breakfast is very poor and it is better to eat outside at 100% Natural. The reception did no tell us about the yoga which we missed. Also that did not tell us that we should book the whale trip in advance because now it was sold out and we had to book a private trip.

"Dispunerea fata de mare și poziționarea fata de pietonala din Lapad, foarte aproape de stația de autobus (nr.4, cu stație finala Old Town Dubrovnik) și aproape de portul din Lapad."

Puțin îngrijită /modernizată și ar trebui o atenție mai mare din partea managementului pentru aceasta și personalul acesteia.

"Mic dejunul continental a fost bun pe partea de fructe/patiserie/cafea dar ar fi trebuit sa fie mai variat la partea de startere, branzeturi, antreuri calde (amous-bouche)."

Una din turele de personal nu a fost foarte amabila si atenta, restul turelor de personal au fost foarte ok si amabile. Micdejul ar fi putu fi mai variat asa cum am mentionat si la punctul anterior.

"Great place to stay for a few nights. The bed was BIG and very comfy. Super friendly staff and the patio/restaurant is great. Delicious coffee and breakfast. Also very good for dinner. The servers are super friendly"
